Review: I entered a contract with K & L termite services. He came the first time, however he did not check for termites. He just sprayed. However, it did not take care of our ant problem inside our house. We have made repeated phone calls over and over to try to get the problem resolve. He will not answer from a phone number once we get a hold of him to request he takes care of the ants. Also, he will set up a date and never come, or say the reason we still have ants is that the rain washed away the spray. However, it is within a time period where it never rained. Also, I do not feel protected against termites, because he did not check for them. Since entering into this contract we have not gotten any services and I want to invest the money in a company that actually protects us.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund on our contract. He has not provided us with any services, or any protection, and we are living with the same ant problem. I an going to use the refund to start a new contract with a company.
