K & J Party Rentals

Review: I contracted and paid K & J Party Rentals in advance $151.50 for rental and delivery of tables, chairs, and canopies for my son's first birthday party. On my written quote it states that the items were to be dropped off and setup between 10:30-11am (the party was from 12-4pm). They didn't show up until 12:30. I received no phone call and no apology, their tardiness significantly impacted the quality of my sons first birthday. In addition I had to call them 20-30 times before anyone answered the phone, when they did they were rude and completely indifferent to the impact their low quality service was having on my family and the party. I asked them to refund my credit card $51.50 and agreed to pay them $100.00, as of a few minutes ago they have refused and the charges are currently being contested with my credit card company. I will be contacting my attorney.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all charges but I will accept a refund of $51.50 because they did ultimately show up and provide the service. When you're a party rental company and you don't show up to the party on time, thats a problem.
