Review: On 12/14/13 we entered into a written agreement with Keith Hickman to supply and install 440ft of aluminum fence with concrete posts, one 40" gate and one 8' gate for a total cost of $9800.00. Terms of the contract were $7000.00 down with remaining $2800.00 to be paid upon completion of job. Repeated attempts to have [redacted] schedule delivery and installation of fence have failed.Desired Settlement: We are requesting that Keith Hickman return our $7000.00 down payment.
