After reading the reviews here I guess maybe the crew at my home just had a very bad day. I had five windows put in and was frankly disappointed in the workmanship. The issues involved windows that were not centered, very poor miter joints as well as extension jams that were not fit properly and caulking that was very sloppy. While they did offer to come back, my confidence in their abilities was gone by then...

5 Stars!As a property owner for over 30 years, I have never had such a pleasant and smooth experience. My house looks amazing, the neighbors are all jealous! I wasn?t inconvenience in any way, and working from home that was a big concern. Art, Sam, and the rest of the crew were considerate, accommodating, worked hard, efficiently, were attentive to my dogs (***), and were very professional. They worked long days, and worked in the rain to make sure they met their promise completion date. They cleaned up before leaving every night, and they always had a good morning and a good bye.I?m glad I chose J.T Burke & Sons to do my house, from the point of sale to completion it was the smoothest deal I?ve ever had. They will be highly recommended to anyone who asks.Thanks Guys! Great Job!!Wishing you much success.

A wonderful family to do business with! They are honest, dependable and stand by their product and their work. Customer service is outstanding.
I had all new windows installed by men who did a great job. One window was cracked and was replaced without a problem. One kitchen window was difficult to open and the manufacturer appeared a short time later and fixed it . Four doors were installed, two of which were smaller than the average door. John Jr. shared with me his expertise and was patient while I looked at the limited available options. He was more than fair and worked with me to get what I wanted. I am more than pleased with the outcome and I am grateful for his hard work. The house is warmer and much quieter to the outside noise as a result.
Burke & Sons are a wonderful company to do business with and they guarantee their product for years to come. What more could I ask for!

Personable family owned business that performed siding installation of my two family home. Much improved appearance! They even agreed to return to my home to fix an exterior light affected by the installation. I would recommend this company.

J. T. Burke and sons recently completed a very challenging roofing job on our home in New Britain. This project was expertly managed and executed from start to finish by John Burke Jr. and his crew of roofers, carpenters and gutter specialist. All worker arrived early or right on time each day, and worked vigorously throughout the day light hours and cleaned up all the debris everyday before leaving the work site. We are totally satisfied with the work Burke and sons did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend them for any type of roofing job. Susan and Phil

I'm so glad I chose J.T. Burke to replace our windows, doors and siding. They were very easy to deal with and everyone involved took pride in making sure all aspects of the job were done well and done right. The workmen were excellent. They answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure things were done the way I wanted them. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a new roof and attic windows installed. Burke was on schedule and very professional. They answered our questions, handled our concerns and followed up. Will definitely use them again when we replace our siding.

JTBurke and Sons installed slider windows in my second story porch and installed a roof on it as well. They were very fast and efficient in their work. When the work was done I wasn’t home and so they had access to my home. I had no problems with their having access and after both jobs you wouldn’t even have known they were there since there was no debris, footprints or trash anywhere. They had the best prices, too. I highly recommend them.
Also, they diagnosed and fixed a couple small leaks in my old roof (not the one they installed). I never would have found the leaks

J.T. Burke & Sons did an amazing siding job on our home, which included a section of stone veneer that not every siding company has the expertise to do. We did a complete color change from the previous wood siding and we absolutely love it! They even did the extra work to shift our stair railings forward when they were too close to the house to fit the new front door surround. Highly recommend! They go above and beyond in the details!

Our first experience with John T. Burke & Sons was passing by a home they were installing siding on and being impressed with not only the excellent work but the manner in which they cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day.
We kept the business name in mind and when we were ready, gave them a call.
From the beginning to the end, we dealt with three brothers, Patrick, Sean and Jim, all of whom were friendly, professional and attentive. The crew who worked on our crooked old Home were great and did an amazing and thoughtfully executed job, despite very cold temperatures.
We highly recommend them and if other work is needed, will be sure to give them a call.

We were honestly surprised and very pleased with the quality of the work and the crew of roofers.
They were very hard working, reliable and polite. A pleasure to have around. The job was completed successfully and cleaned up in two days rather than one. This was not a problem, just contrary to the one day that the salesmen told us to expect. We also had to haggle a bit to get the pricing we needed.
