I would stay away from this company. First, we singed a contract with Brian ***, the owner, in March of 2018. The project was to be completed in August of 2018. In NOVEMBER of 2019 Brian stopped showing up to finish the job. He never finished the job. We were left with cracked tile and having to finish painting and cleaning. He never even showed up for final inspections. Brian stopped working with the plumbers and electricians early in the job and I had to take over the roll of the general contractor. He also stopped paying the electricians and the plumbers even though we had already paid Brian what was owed. Brian told the electricians and plumbers that we never paid him, so he could not pay them. This was a lie and we sent proof that he was paid. We ended up having to pay thousands to the electricians and plumbers as well as the tile guy. Pretty much every word that comes out of Brian's mouth is a lie. The reason the project took so long is that he wouldn't pay the subcontractors so they would not come back. He kept saying he would pay, but he never did. We had to pay to get them to come back and finish. We also paid him over $20,000 that was supposed to go directly to Kohler. He never paid them. He stole that money. You can see the two ***. Again, stay far far away from Brian ***. Also, he changes the name of his company often so be aware.
