Do not get this company to do your project!!!!!! Do not give them a dime of your money . The majority of the vendors used complained about them not paying them for products/services. They do not know how to manage money. Our project is approaching a year and it was an 8 week project. Half of this time no one has shown out to work. Run find another company to work with. You have been warned! RUN!!!!

We began our 8 week project on July 25, 2019. Our project is still not complete. We are having a hard time, to say the least, getting Mr. *** (Copeland builders) to finish our project. There have been excuses upon excuses. This last time we were promised to be done by 2-13-20 (weather permitting) or we would be paid $250 a day after that. There was a discrepancy in this promissory note and we were trying to get a revision. We have reached out to Mr. several times via email and phone to get the promissory note corrected and get details on why the project is still not complete. Yes, it has been a wet beginning to the year but this does not explain why interior work has not been completed or why there are weeks no one has even showed up to our home to get any work done. We have not heard from Mr. since 1-27-20. He has not responded to our questions or concerns.
We received a letter of possible fines from our HOA in January and asking when project is going to be completed. We explained to them we were to be done by 2-13-20. We have not received any citations warranting fines at this point but would like to avoid any issues with our HOA.
