Bought my car from New Wave back in Nov of 2014. My salesmen was Alan who was very helpful. I car came with a lifetime warranty. I noticed when driving the car home that there was a jerking when the gas pedal was pushed the is just one of the laundry list of problems. I called the service department the next morning and they told me to bring it in so they can look at it. I did just that. It took them almost 3 months to get the part in that it needed. Now on March 12th I dropped it off for service for the same problem and they told me that everything was covered under the warranty. I was advised that my car would be ready the next day. Over a week later I got a call that my car was now done. I picked it up on a Friday night and driving to work on Saturday morning and lost control of the car in went across 2 lanes of traffic on the interstate. It turns out that the rear axle was not put back together the proper way, the weights on the wheels used for balancing were missing, along with other safety issues. I got a call from Mike T. the GM on Saturday at 5pm and was told that my car was ready. I was running late from work so I had my wife call to tell them I was going to be late. She was informed by Rachel that she needed a credit card number to pay for the rental car. She needed this after I had signed paperwork to have the charge billed to the loan. I willingly paid the $166. Only to get home and see that she charged me an additional $174 for the second rental that I had to get when they didn't put my car back together the right way. They keep your credit card on file and run it whenever they please. I called her about the second charge and her husband told me that he will come find me and beat my [redacted]. Then Rachel got on the phone and told me she would keep charging my card until she couldn't charge it anymore, and told me to F off.
