It Works Appliance Repair

My washing worked however, it wouldnt spin on the spin cycle I paid Mr[redacted] to look at my washing maching hoping he would be able to repair it, he said he could and reqired fifty five more dollars to do so. I agreed, he came out on a Friday and said he would be out on Sunday to repair it. I went to use my washer Saturday and it did not work at al. He in essence broke my washing machine to where it now doesnt do anything bit fill with water. Ive called numeroustimes and was told[redacted] was in a motorcycle wreck, then my roommate called and he got him to the phone, he was told he would be out Saturday 6/21/14, however he didnt bother to show up or answer the phone at all that day.Product_Or_Service: washing machine repairDesired SettlementThis man claims to repair, buy, and sell.appliances. My washing machine only had that one issue before came and looked at it however it still worked to some degree, now it doesnt work at all. He could atleast come fix it like we agreed or give me another since he completely broke mine

Rude Customer Service, Failure to honor warranty, no contacWe purchased a washer on 02/03/2015. We begun to have issues with the washer a week after we purchase it. The receipt we have says 21 day warranty which would give us until the 24th. The washer begun to leak from the bottom of the washer and tare up clothes , we called every day 2 and 3 times a day starting 02/10/2015. No answer. we left several messages stating the problem no reponse On 02/17/2015 I called from my job telephone number and The Owner wife answered. She sounded shock and stated that This is not the number you all were calling from. Then she stated that she would have someone come out Saturday which was 02/21/2015 at 10 am. Yet she didn't asked the address. I gave her call and again no answer left a message asking for our money back, because we did not want to deal with the hassle. She called back and stated that they do not give money back and she will be sending some around 12 and good bye and hung up the phone. We waited and call all day yesterday no one showed up and no one answered any of our calls or returned our calls. We even tried to compromise and left a message that we would take a dryer instead and go somewhere for the washer, no reponse, we called again today 02/22 and no answer, we feel that they are trying to wait until the warranty is up so they will not have to honor it, and that is 02/24 is the last day the warrantyDesired Settlementwe just want the 170.00 for the washer we have already spent 127.00 washing for the past couple week washing for a family of 4. We just want our 170.00 we paid for the washer so that we can apply to a new one
