Review: I ordered a clutch from this store 1/**. I received an order notification but never a shipping notification. Ive tried emailing them multiple times to no avail. I have also tried reaching out to her on multiple social media sites.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back or the product. That is all.
Review: Ordered a case on December [redacted], 2013. Have emailed and called countless times with no response other than asking for my order number then never contacting me back.Desired Settlement: Either my order, in pristine condition delivered to my home, or a refund.

Review: I made a purchase from Iphone glam on June [redacted], payment taken for about $40.00. June [redacted] I inquired via email in regards to the status of my order and on June [redacted] I received an email back with [redacted] stating that my order never left the warehouse and apologized with a promise of a free gift to be included in my order and a discount for future purchases. I have since sent three more emails with no response July [redacted], July [redacted] and July [redacted]. I just left them a message via the phone number I found on another website with multiple similar complaints.Desired Settlement: AMOUNT OF MY ORDER $39.50

Review: 2/**/2015 - Purchased 2 iphone cases online at iphoneglam.com. Received notification via email that my order was received and also received another email to advise that my debit card was charged $55 for products.
3/**/2015 - Went on iphoneglam.com and used "Contact Us", filled out my information and requests - NO REPLY
3/**/2015 - Sent email to [redacted] requesting status on products - NO REPLY
3/**/2015 - Sent second email to [redacted] requesting status on products
3/**/2015 - Received email reply advising items were shipped previous week however the packaged had a damaged shippping label therefore it was returned back to company. Email advised I should receive products within the next couple business days.
3/**/2015 - Sent email back advising how long I have been waiting for products, one phone case was a gift and now it is late. Requested to have manager contact me for assistance/compensation for my wait - NO REPLY
3/**/2015 - Sent second email requesting for a reply/assistance from a manager - NO REPLY
3/**/2015 - Was on [redacted] and commented on Iphoneglam's post advising of my experience. IphoneGlam then BLOCKS me.
I still have not received my products and it has been over a month. I also cannot believe that they do not reply to my emails when I have requested that a manager contact me. I am shocked beyond belief that they blocked me due to my comment. What kind of company does that?? Unfortunately I came across [redacted] and someone else had a similar situation. This company needs to be looked into.Desired Settlement: Please have them refund the $55 charge. I would rather have my money back then deal with this immature company. [redacted]
