In response to claimant ID of [redacted] Mr [redacted] signed the claimant under RCV, that is what is written on his contract RCV is replacement cost value Please see attachment The line items in question are the ones at the bottom of the roof only section, under DWELLING - CODE UPGRADES It clearly says that these code upgrades will not be paid until the code upgrade cost is incurred When we incurred these costs, we provided the insurance company the code upgrades, and they released the code upgrade payments to the claimant on 7/6/ These line items are still part of the RCV
