We have learned that this client goes by namesI will be addressing all three of them at once with this responseThese are the dates of ALL the calls made to us and from us.1-client called to make an appointment for Botox for 2-She was advised of all our appointment requirements including the $initial appointment fee that was not refundable in the event appointment was cancelled within hoursShe was also advised $fee would be credited towards any future Botox after consultation appointmentClient gave credit card number and approval to charge.2-client did not show for her appointment.3-client called to make another consultation appointment for 3-As a courtesy we did not charge her cancellation fee.3-client received Botox and Juverderm.4-client called and left message to notify us that she wanted to make a followup appointment with doctor.4-we returned her call and made an appointment with her for 4-194-client left a very negative review on ***.com claiming we have been harassing her with endless calls.4-she received a confirmation call for her appointment for 4-She claimed she had canceled that appointment the previous week.4-we called her back to follow up to make sure everything was ok and to see if she needed a different appointment dateShe stated she doesnt want to see our doctor and is going elsewhere, also claimed she was charged $75.4-we called her regarding her $credit card charge claim that she made, we could not leave a message due to her mailbox being full4-she called back and asked 'who called her', staff told her we would find out and have them return call.4-we called her back a few minutes later, she answered and told us that she was all set and that she will contact us if she needs to and not to call her.4-she then, minutes later, called us back and hung up.4-she then, minutes later, called us back and told us to remover her number from our records.4-we posted a reply on her ***.com review.We offered for this client to come in so our doctor could consult with her and address any of her alleged concernsShe declined that offerWe can not help client or give a refund based on no evidence or her unwillingness to co-operate, and in addition, making and negative claims

including the $75 initial appointment fee that was not refundable in the event appointment was cancelled within 12 hours. She was also advised $75 fee would be credited towards any future Botox after consultation appointment. Client gave credit card number and approval to charge.2-1 client did not show for her appointment.3-16 client called to make another consultation appointment for 3-22.
