I am rejecting this response because: I've since spoken to [redacted] regarding my car and we had come to a different agreement! We agreed that his company would replace all of my stereo equipment which was more than a radio system and speakers! It actually included a pioneer update radio system with navigation/screen where you could watch a movie included, Bluetooth connection, iPod connection/aullilary cord connection, satellite radioamps, an equalizer, and a speaker box! Also the thiefs tried to take the tv that is installed in the ceiling of my vehicle and he agreed to reconnect that as well We also discussed that the financial reimbursement would be for over dollars which includes the price of the car rentals and the repairs I originally paid for the car! Finally we agreed that he would have My car detailed both inside and out due to it being in the shop for over months and being broken into and vandalized by the break-in!

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted legal assistance and was advised to get a full vehicle inspection doneI paid $and while I was informed that my turbo system is running just fineI was also informed that the rotors that I was charged for that needed to be replaced and not resurfaced were just fitted with fairly new brake pads over the old rotorsI have copies of the vehicle inspectionAnd I don't appreciate how Integrity Tire attempted to make me sound like a thief in their response - - I too called the police and was told that it was a civil matter to be handled in court Yes, I did speak to a representative who attempted to come to a resolution by requesting that I pay only for the repairs that were made...who addressed all increased pricing as employee mistakesAnd now with even more evidence, of fraud please explain to me the existing charges for work not even done? I would like the bureau of automotive whatever (the people who give them their licenses) to be aware of my complaint, no further contact and is it legal to delete customer reviews? Not sure if that is illegal or not but mine were deleted

While Mrs [redacted] 's vehicle was at the electrical shop that we sublet the electrical work through, the entire complex was broken intoHer vehicle did in fact have the stereo and speakers stolen, as well as the window damagedThe shop, RN Auto Electric, located at [redacted] Blvd #C in Moreno Valley, CA ***, has already turned over the information on the numerous vehicles broken into at their business to their insurance companyOur district manager, [redacted] ***, met with Mrs [redacted] November 16th, the morning after the vehicle was broken into at RN Auto ElectricHe has offered to not only pay for the rental car, totaling over $1,000.00, but also to replace her stolen equipment immediatelyShe refused to answer and stated that she was going to have to think about it and would let [redacted] knowHe has not heard from her since yesterday morningWe are trying to make an unfortunate, unforeseen situation into one that will please Mrs [redacted] [redacted] can be reached at ###-###-#### or ***@integritytire.com

I contacted legal assistance and was advised to get a full vehicle inspection done. I paid $159 and while I was informed that my turbo system is running just fine. I received a phone call from Integrity Tire and the representative never offered me a $100 store credit. A representative told me they would call back with their response but never did.
I will assume that this is his response to me then and that the $100 store credit has no restrictions on it. I would also like to respond by saying that I never claimed that there was not a signed paper. I maintain that the service that was offered to me was not explained to me adequately, and that the person who scheduled the work should have explicitly said that the service they were ordering had a price and what that price is. If he had told me that, I would have told him not to order that work. All I wanted was a quote.
