Review: My husband and I while stationed overseas, needed a bathroom completed in our basement for our tenants renting our home in Pa. We contacted [redacted] at Integrity Renovations and requested an estimate. [redacted] was able to get us a reasonable estimate within a few days of our request and we hired him. We signed a contract with him and paid him half of the estimate to start the work. He had completed the install of a toilet and bathtub in one day and we paid him the remaining balance. A few weeks later our tenants contacted us stating that the toilet was leaking. [redacted] repaired the leak. We were contacted again by our tenants stating the toilet was still leaking. [redacted] again went in to repair it. Once we got back to the states and were able to see his work, we were very disappointed. We found that we had a very bad sewage smell, after further inspection we discovered that there were no p-traps installed causing a sewage smell. There was also a leak behind the wall where sewage tank was leaking because the power cord to the sewage pump was stuck between the lid and the sewage tank of the up flush toilet system. We also found that our bathtub was not mounted to anything. It was just freestanding. We have tried to contact him with the only resolve being a refund of $20.00 for parts. That does not include our time or labor to get these item repair properly.Desired Settlement: We would like half of our payment refunded to us. We have spend hours, repairing the items listed as well as not being able to use the toilet or bathtub.
