The way we report bankruptcies is not determined by us we adhere to the rules that are put into place by the credit bureaus and we are instructed to report discharges as discharges which we have done
If this is unacceptable then the issue lies with the credit bureaus not us

We have no record of this person trying to contact us other than his email dated 2-10-A rep emailed him back today with the information since the phone number we had on file is was longer validI will have a rep contact him now that he has given a daytime phone number in which to
reach him atNumerous letters (14) were sent to the home address with no response from this person

Please note while we believe the debts to be valid, in the spirit of consumer service,  they were closed with the credit bureau on Mar 26th 2014

Shannon S[redacted] called my job, as I was answering and said my name hung up. Had to look company up to figure out the number Called back got voicemail. Not professional at all. This company has not sent me any paperwork on what the call is in regards to. I do not pay bills online due to a issue with someone stealing my identity. I only way bills that come in through mail. I have not received anything past them trying to take me to court.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept what was given to me as validation. This debt is due to fall off very soon and I was trying to be amicable by offering an amount at all. I just really need to get this information removed and am not receiving any kind of flexibility from the collection agency, nor do I agree to the charges.

Hello We did receive the consumers proof of payment and faxed it to our client on 06/27/16 We left a follow up message with ourclient yesterday to confirm payment We have also ceased collection activity awaiting their response and have done a deletion from the creditbureau

Please be advised all contact has been ceased and no report  was made to the credit bureau as contended

I am rejecting this response because: I filed for Bankruptcy in late 2011 early 2012....

The bankruptcy was discharged by the courts in 2012. They have no right to place this on my credit report now , 4 plus years later!!!!!! My credit is very good now and this is a very negative remark. They should have done this 4 years ago not now. They need to remove it immediately.

The account in question still shows a balance on the hospital system of $26.29. The comments state that it is the deductible amount after health insurance paid their portion. However, because of the amount of the bill , we will delete the credit bureau entry.

The address listed on the "verification" documents provided, is not an address that is associated with me or my credit reports. I do not find these bills to be accurate.
