[redacted] I can not believe, this is first company that will not stand up for there reputation. I have email from Brenda saying about canceling my on line service which should cancel my upcoming charges in May for concierge service. I am not asking refund for my signing up fee  which was 995. I do not want to be charge any more for the concierge service,I DO NOT NEED THAT. To me unable to cancel something you do not which and use   is ridiculous to force by your company. I still stand by my complain that it was not address by your sales person , what she said I am sighing authorization to charge my card for 995 total. anything beyond your meager Rena said I can cancel. I have two other members, one is current and one in the past willing to make a comment about confusing interviews you provide to sing people up for your services. My account never been reviewed  I still have members for two month not responding, huge lack of communication and attitude between your staff members.  Before Ashley sign me up she gave me the stack of at least 15 people to look and get an idea who is on your site and all this members were not on the site, most members I see 10 -15 years older, like a retirement club. I am taken my lost to be stupid to believe you. What I am asking to stop any more charges beyond 995. I am willing to stop all your service which is not even 3 month, I think 995 for 3 month should be sufficient for both parties. and I will withdraw my complain.

9-27-2016 Re: [redacted] Case number: [redacted]   The Following is Indianapolis Singles Response to Ms. [redacted]’s Complaint.   “I was promised a list of 3 members a month that they would recommend to me.” Indianapolis Singles Does offer member recommendations with some membership options....

Indianapolis Singles did offer to give Ms. [redacted] member recommendations as well, Ms. [redacted] was never promised a certain number of men on a monthly basis.  During the course of Ms. [redacted]’s membership (Ms. [redacted] has been a member for the past 10 months) Indianapolis Singles has provided her with no less than 22 recommendations.   “I have not received any member recommendations for at least 6 months”. Ms. [redacted] has received recommendations. Ms. [redacted] also has complete and full access to the membership database where she can select any current and active member. Ms. [redacted] has also been given complimentary online access so that she can view the membership database from the comforts of her own home. Our online service requires an additional contract and monthly fee for access from home by members.  However, as a concession, Indianapolis Singles has provided Ms. [redacted] with complimentary online.   “What they are selling is not what they have.” Indianapolis Singles offers opportunities for singles to meet other singles.  That is what was offered to Ms. [redacted] and that is what she has been given, an opportunity to meet other singles who are looking for relationships.    “It is a lie about their services.” We dispute Ms. [redacted]’s claims that she has been lied to in anyway.   All services were outlined during her initial meeting, and her signatures on the contract along with her initials, indicates she was in agreement with the terms.   She was also provided with a copy of all paperwork and contracts for her records.       “They have very few available members - that is not what they promised.” Indianapolis Singles never gives claims to the number of men or women it its database, nor to its demographics. The number of members’ changes frequently as new members come on board to the membership and people go inactive as they begin dating exclusively.  It is our position at Indianapolis Singles that It only takes one; the right one.  The Indianapolis Singles membership is based on quality not quantity.  Please refer to the contract which states we do not provide oral representations or specific demographics.   “Also promised a big list of members who frequently visit this city.” Indianapolis Singles would have never promised Ms. [redacted] a “big list” of members from other locations that visit our city.  Indianapolis Singles does have affiliate locations and a member can be part of the database based upon the membership they have.    “Take people’s money and produce nothing.” During the course of Ms. [redacted]’s membership, Indianapolis Singles has sent her no less than 22 recommendations. She has selected no less than 7 members from the Indianapolis Singles Database, where over 20 gentlemen selected and expressed interest in Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] has also had 5 mutual consents during the course of her membership.  Ms. [redacted] has not made any selections from the database since April of this year.  During the course of Ms. [redacted]’s membership, she also informed us that she would be unable to date due to a personal health matter. Indianapolis Singles in good faith will add an additional 6 months to Ms. [redacted]’s membership and continue to assist her in finding the person she is looking for. Indianapolis Singles will not offer any reimbursement as Ms. [redacted] has utilized her membership and experienced mutual consents through the Indianapolis Singles service.  Thank you,   Real Indianapolis Singles Management Team 317-471-0580

Tell us why here...To reiterate the facts on the contract: She spent two hours being interviewed and going over each point of the contract. We did not and would let anyone sign a membership agreement without reading it. In fact, we cannot even imagine that anyone would even consider signing a contract without reviewing it. That is an incorrect and unfair statement made by [redacted].Of course she wasn't permitted to view the website until she was a member. Our members are subjected to criminal background checks for the safety of all involved. Our members are concerned with privacy and safety – how can we provide that by letting nonmembers access our private website? She has admitted to selecting 12 members in the short time that she has been a member –obviously we provide the services that that we offer. She also claims that our representative, Brenda contacted her regarding cancelling the contract. That is incorrect as well. As we stated in our first response – we offered to stop the online / concierge service for her after she completes her contractual obligation. Out of good faith – we offered her free access to them after she completed her contractual obligation. She is not eligible to cancel the membership contract and that was not offered to her.She claims to not know what her total program fee is – yet she has a signed contract and she paid for the membership with a credit card. Normally, when someone signs a contract / credit card slip etc. – they are aware of what the price was. She then claims that our representative doesn't seem to know what the price was. That is also incorrect and doesn't make any sense.  The price for the program was 995.00 – same as it is on her credit card receipt and the contract.She claims that one of the members had a “wrong number” – we will review that. Members change telephone numbers all of the time – like everyone else in the world.  If the number was incorrect – the member may have simply dropped a home line or switched his phone service. She complains of concierge services that were not used. She chose the concierge services – and they are available for her to use at her convenience. She did agree in writing to have the concierge services /online in writing. Tell us why here.4-21-2015As we have responded onthis matter before – we offered free web /concierge service for the duration ofthe membership to her after she completes the minimum of the three paymentsthat she committed to. The email regarding the online from Brenda was confirmationto stop the web access after the three month obligation. She did not have topurchase the online/concierge- she could have elected to come into the libraryat the office – we are open six days week and there wouldn’t be a charge. Ifshe elects not use a service she agreed to pay for – that is not grounds for usto release her from the 3 month obligation. In addition to that ,offering her freeuse of those services after she completes it is more than fair.  She then wants to threatenus with having a “supposed” former member and one is current who will makecomplaints about our company unless we let her out of the three months ofonline/ concierge charges?As a business – we findthis type of threat – unfair and possibly something that the Revdex.com needs toaddress.  We have already addressedher complaints regarding the membership. She claims that she sees people 10-15years older than herself. We have members of all ages and are very proud of that. We have tried to respondto each of her complaints – she now adds: most members that I see are 10-15years older -like a retirement club. We have already pointed out that she hasselected 12 men that met her criteria in less than two months –so to reiterateagain –we have enough men for her to select from.  ..
