I am rejecting this response because:InShape keeps telling me that I got a "good Deal" on the diamond membership for $126.99 when the actual price is higher but choses to forget that I cannot use my Diamond membership in Bakersfield because there are no Diamond Clubs here. Therefore the Diamond membership in Bakersfield is a waste of money. The only reason I upgraded to a Diamond membership is to be able to use the club near my house. I was very happy with my Platinum Plus and if Inshape had told us that they will downgrade the club I would have not upgraded and I would still be paying $104 for the membership. It is my feeling and the feeling of many members in my area that the management of InShape had tricked the members into changing their old pricing in order to force them to join the new pricing. It was a trick and nothing else. Why would a club go from Diamond to Platinum in a few months? If it was a mistake then they should apologize and fix their mistake. If it was done on purpose then it would justify my reasoning above. The response to my complaint from InShape management shows how the InShape management treat their members with no consideration and they are driven by greed and have no appreciation to loyal members.

Thank you. The problem was discussed, and the club promises to keep the pool at a warmer temperature. If the problem persists, I will be extremely disappointed.

I am rejecting this response because:
There are no more Diamond clubs in my area and so the Diamond membership does me no good. Also, of course I am getting a better rate, InShape recently raised thier rates. My postiion still stands, if they had not opened the Diamond club in June I would not have upgraded and now this club has been downgraded to a Platinum, so I am requesting that I just go back to my old plan before what I feel was a "bait and switch". Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive "a couple voicemails". I received ONE call which was today at 8:35 am (my cell phone call log and VM log is attached. The missed call I am referring to is from the 209 number at 8:35 am) I have not been able to call back yet.  It has only been 2 1/2 hours since I have received the one and only call and I think that is unreasonable that In Shape only gave me 2 1/2 hours to callback before sending a message to the Revdex.com with facts that are untrue. This is just another example of how In Shape does not properly document what really happened in reality versus what they made up. I will be calling the business back when I am on my lunch break.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the settlement details are completed by In-Shape.  The settlement agreement are as follows:1.  InShape to add my parents back to my account how it originally was (with my membership as it was, and them added on under the $25/month per person promotion).  The InShape representative has stated to me that this has been done.  2. InShape is issuing a refund to my parents for the separate membership they opened in the interim due to the cancellation made by Inshape.  InShape rep stated that this recent membership they opened has been voided and a refund check for the charges they paid will be sent to my parents.  My parents should not have any further charges on the account that has been voided.  I will not know for sure that this has been done until they receive the refund check.  If the refund check is received, then the issue will in fact be resolved.
