I am rejecting this response because: The information is untrue.When I originally went to him he told me my air conditioner was shot and leaking and it won't hold a *** charge any longerI needed a new systemHe also told my father he too needed a whole new system as we were there at the same time. The cost would be $each. We left our vehicles.This man seems proud of himself that he didn't charge me when I brought the vehicle back when the air conditioning quit workingI paid $for a new system and of course I wouldn't be charged when it didn't workHe did tell me I had an old car and sometimes there are tiny pin holes that can leak and he tightened up some things and I should be good to goHe told me I should be able to make it through the summer and at a later date he could take a look at it and run some dye through and I could bring it back and he will look for leaks. The air conditioning didn't make it through the summer but I didn't take it back because I didn't trust he could fix the issue. I decided to take it elsewhere.I went to *** for their opinion. They said your system is bad and you need a new one an it will b $1200. I said I paid $last year for a new system and they told me that the hoses looked original and were rotted and split and the compressor was bad so I should take it back to Liberty Auto so he could make good on the transaction. When I took it back Woody said he didn't replace the hoses, he just put a compressor in. I told him I wanted a new compressor and nothing else. He said oh you only want the "free work". This man doesn't get that it wasn't free. I paid $and still didn't have air conditioning.He said the compressor was under warranty and I could bring it back any day next week. I told him I would have to see when I could get a ride. I called the shop and told them I will bring it in on Monday and he said ok I'll order the partI don't understand why he felt the need to lie about me just dropping in unannouncedThis is not about when I brought the car in but about his lack of ethics. I took my vehicle back to *** and was told it would be $to replace the hoses and charge the system and I agreed. They still felt I should go back to Liberty Auto and not pay again for work not completed.When my vehicle was finished at *** they told me there is an issue. The supposed replacement compressor is also faulty but I have air conditioning and I can put up with the noise or take it back to Liberty Auto. I asked what it would cost for them to replace the compressor and they said around $500. So if MrWoody just put a compressor in my vehicle why was it $1100? *** would do the whole system for $1200.I want people to now that this shop is not honorable and they should go elsewhere

ms. milligan   original install of compressor was 5/7/15  . several weeks later she came back ac not working and car was charged and looked at again with no evidence of leak and not chargrd for this service. was asked to bring back vehicle in couple weeks so we could look for leak ....

vehichle was not brought back until ac quit again .  again we charged and looked for leaks at no charge and asked her to return for further testing explaining that some of these leaks are small and hard to find and take time to show themselves . again she only returned when ac quit  . the third time we found a hose connection leaking and tightened the connection ,  charged system all at no charge asked that she keep us informed . 4/2016 she called said vehicle was at 3 a auto repair in columbia and was told she had a bad compressor and some hoses . to which I responded that I could warranty compressor but had no responsibility to hoses . told her I would be happy to do compressor for free , ask other shop if they would allow her to get compressor replaced under warranty and return to them for hoses and evacuate and recharge . she called back and said that would be fine  and  I asked her to let me know when she would be in .I immediately ordered parts as it was close to cut off date for warranty , never heard from her about schedule , then showed up one morning unannounced , to which we said no problem well call u when ready . upon warranty of compressor we saw nothing wrong with compressor , but warrantied any way as per agreement , manifold hose assembly did have a bad valve which was leaking and we could not put any [redacted] in system . we assumed this was the hose  3 a aut was changing .  thought all was well and resolved to the best of our ability , until notified by Revdex.com otherwise  she obviously has other components leaking in system  which is normal for a vehicle of age and mileage
