Rob just came out and serviced my computer. He was excellent, as always. Everyone these days think they can keep your computer in tip top shape. But Rob actually knows what he is doing!

Rob fixed a lot of problems and answered a lot of my questions. He was knowledgeable and showed up when he said he would.

I found Rob on the internet. I just relocated here from Pasadena, CA and didn't know what to do when my internet explorer quit working. I called him, because of all the five stars and great reviews. Within an hour he was at my house and my computer is back up. He is also very personable and explained many things to me that I didn't know about my computer.

My experience with Rob and In Home Computer Repair was extraordinary. My home computer crashed and I did not know if fixing it would be best or just buying a new computer was the route to take. Contacted Rob, to inquire about my situation, and he responded within the hour. I had detailed the problems that I noticed, within my inquiry. Where most support companies would just tell me they would need to charge me a fee to assess the issues, Rob responded to my inquiry with his idea of what was going on and an approximate cost to repair. He advised he could pick it up or I could drop it off. I dropped off the computer around 5:30 and he advised he would check it out that night and give me a call. I really didn't expect him to work on it that night and figured he would just get to it the next day. Two hours later, Rob called me to advise that the hard drive was fried. He then went on to say that he had replaced with a new hard drive and was just booting it up to ensure everything was good to go. He said to give him about a half hour to check things out and that I could stop by and pick up the computer. I was floored with the fast turnaround. I can't thank Rob enough for doing that so quickly. When I picked it up, he gave me the invoice and it was much less than he initially quoted. He has made a customer for life and I am already referring him to friends and family in case they ever need computer support.
