This lady complains all the timeAll stains don't come out and we are a discount cleaners all our clothes are done by machine and not hand pressedWe offered to clothes she refused

I am rejecting this response because:It seems as if this business only has to say that the complainant just complains all the time so they don't have to refund my money.  The cause for me asking for my money back is because I did agree and allowed 3 Impress Cleaners to re-do the work once and they did not re-do the work.I hope there is a mediator checking the responses from this business because they are not giving answers based on the facts.I am still seeking the refund for work not done on my items regardless of this business being a discount cleaners.  If the work was paid for then it must be done to the satisfaction of the customer.

Our policy is no stains are guaranteed to come out. The service where done. She kept trying to find  a wrinkle and this is every time she comes in to the store. We sent them back for a redo for the second time and she refused to send them back. No refund because clothes where dry cleaned and...

I am rejecting this response because:This is my first time to use 3 Impressed Cleaners.  It is an everyday occurrence to see customers checking their clothes to see if the work is done to their satisfaction.  Since this was my first experience with this cleaner, I did check the 4 dresses before taking them home and hanging them up.On my first visit to cleaners, the attending clerk and I went over the 4 dresses that I was dropping off and we both agreed the only services that were needed on the dresses were to have them cleaned and pressed.On the 2nd visit to the cleaners, I checked the dresses and found that the dresses were not pressed consistently and there were wrinkles on the dresses.  I asked to clerk to look at the dresses with me and she agreed that the dressed needed to be re-done and I we both saw that there was lint on the dresses as if they were not cleaned at all.  She noted on the re-do to have the lint removed.On my 3rd visit to the cleaners, I checked the dresses again to see if the dresses were completely pressed.  On the first top dress, it was apparent thatI now had stains on the dress and there were still wrinkles on all the dresses.  I was very upset because the attending clerks and I had gone over the dresses and there were NO stains on the dress before.  The stains look like coffee and I do not drink coffee.  The clerk marked the stains on the dress and I asked the clerk to please contact her supervisor so I could complain.  The response from the clerk after she contacted [redacted] was to have the dresses re-done for a third time.  I did fill out a store complaint form before leaving the cleaners with my items and no one has every contacted me about that written complaint.I do not trust 3 Impressed Cleaners from this experience and I am asking for a full refund.
