When they were unable to get what they needed due to the days of no internet service, Mr*** went straight to the internet and filed a *** *** *** and complaint with the Revdex.com. Both of which he did anonymous. I recognized the email address of the complaint from the Revdex.com. However we continued to work on both his and his wife's credit. They continued to send in their results until their contract finished having several items deleted throughout the program, never mentioning the Revdex.com complaint or *** *** ***. When their contract ended Mrs*** called to renew both contracts. We politely let her know we would not be renewing due to the complaints her husband had made to the Revdex.com and *** *** ***. I explained I do not have bad relationships with my clients as I am on their side. Nobody wants to see them reach their goals more than I do. As a response to the comments about going to funeral, etc, during the time this couple was in service with Impeccable Credit Services, my father was hit by a car as a pedestrian at mph.
