Had a disagreement with this company over a double shipped item. They didn't want to cover shipping charges back to them. Haven't had any other problems with this company except for this. I am put on the black list because of their mistake????

Impact Computers have constantly fulfilled me as a customer. Normally when I put in the order, I get the part within 1-2 days. Whenever I have any inquiries regarding to a party, I can call and speak to a representative and guarantee that part I am ordering is the part I need. Customer service has dependably been great! I recently bought a few computer parts from Impact Computers and I would like to say that I was very happy with the service. A few days ago my computer crashed and being a passionate gamer and tech geek I decided to open up my CPU and find out what the problem was. I have repaired my computer a few times before as well so I thought I could just make it better if I got to know why my computer had crashed. My motherboard was totally burnt. It had a black soot all over. I can’t really stay without my computer as I work and play both from my computer so I just went online from my phone and ordered a motherboard from Impact Computers. I would have to say that my order came to me very quickly. The packaging of my order was also done in such a way so as to ensure that nothing could happen to it while shipping. I was really happy with their service. I installed the mother board right away and my computer was up and running in no time. I didn’t really miss any of my work thanks to Impact Computers and their speedy and high quality service. The product that was delivered to me was also of excellent quality and I would like to recommend Impact Computers to everyone who wants high quality computer parts.

Bait and Switch Arrogant company, ordered part on line, should ship same day, check 3 days later still "processing", call customer service, order has been cancelled, no notification. Part still shows as available on line, customer service says they don't know when if ever they will get the part but have a more expensive new part in stock they can sell. When I object customer service says well we sell 7M in sales and we don't need your sale. Avoid this company!
