It is unfortunate that this client continues to act irresponsibly, she has a year old [redacted] which we advised her would be expensive to repair and keep upShe refused to buy anything but a [redacted] and now she is complaining that her situation is not ideal for herI personally witnessed her revving the engine to over rpm out of her frustrationShe has received exceptional care and our commitment to help her was beyond reproachHowever at this point, we must say that she needs to be responsible for the care of her own car The reason there may be a difference of opinion is that this customer would show up at our door unannounced and claim there was something wrong with her carThere was nothing wrong with itThere were incidents with her car that happened, she lost a hose, it blew, we replaced it under warrantyAfter her warranty expired she lost the serpentine beltUnfortunately she continued to drive the car with the belt broken until it wrapped itself around the crankshaft and entered into the motor, causing the issues she currently has It is not acceptable for a client to rev their motor to rpm with me sitting next to her, because she did not like the answer to her perceived complaintIt is not our problem if she continued to run the motor until the serpentine belt wrapped itself around the crankshaft and entered into the motorWe still serviced her car, free of charge after the warranty expiredHowever at this point we were told by the technician that belt scraps are inside the motor and will continue to set off the lightThat is beyond the scope of our good will or anyone's responsibility other than the owner

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any dealership.

Ms*** *** is well outside of her warrantyShe bought the vehicle several months ago, in JanuaryShe had a day warrantyUnfortunately after her warranty expired, she lost a serpentine belt which is a wear itemShe continued to operate the vehicle for a short period of time and the belt
wrapped itself around the crankshaft of the motor and forced it's way into her engine through the main sealAlthough she is out of her warranty period, we have extended a tremendous amount of goodwill towards her, we continue to assist and have made many attempts to help her through service that we have not charged her forShe also has not paid for the car in full. At this time, we cannot offer her anymore assistance and she has responded with this Revdex.com complaintWe wish her well

It is unfortunate that this client continues to act irresponsibly, she has a 10 year old [redacted] which we advised her would be expensive to repair and keep up. She refused to buy anything but a [redacted] and now she is complaining that her situation is not ideal for her. I personally witnessed her revving the engine to over 6000 rpm out of her frustration. She has received exceptional care and our commitment to help her was beyond reproach. However at this point, we must say that she needs to be responsible for the care of her own car.  The reason there may be a difference of opinion is that this customer would show up at our door unannounced and claim there was something wrong with her car. There was nothing wrong with it. There were 2 incidents with her car that happened, 1. she lost a hose, it blew, we replaced it under warranty. 2. After her warranty expired she lost the serpentine belt. Unfortunately she continued to drive the car with the belt broken until it wrapped itself around the crankshaft and entered into the motor, causing the issues she currently has.  It is not acceptable for a client to rev their motor to 6000 rpm with me sitting next to her, because she did not like the answer to her perceived complaint. It is not our problem if she continued to run the motor until the serpentine belt wrapped itself around the crankshaft and entered into the motor. We still serviced her car, free of charge after the warranty expired. However at this point we were told by the technician that belt scraps are inside the motor and will continue to set off the light. That is beyond the scope of our good will or anyone's responsibility other than the owner.

To whom it may concern,I first buy this car it's been problems from the beginning, I call the owner on many issues, he stated unless am broken down on road ,there's no excuse a car I pay good money for within thirty days started acting up, I was reassured, that everything is fine there's nothing wrong , but is still having issues with check engine light, all that was done is it keeps getting reset, time after time I left vehicle overnight for a day after he repair it he says everything is fine I took his word, time after time service light came back on now engines code keep coming back, he allowed his mechanics to fix it , and if it is fix we should not have any issues, my disappointment is this car was a problem from the start and I feel he was well aware or was told by service technicians, he fail to give service records on vehicle history, and after so many attempts he should of just took vehicle back , you fix problems, and car was still having issues after hose was replaced, he try to make a fool out of me saying I did something to the car he mechanic he sent me too was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, when he check out car when was left the few times he seen the code reading , he was the one to get car inspected when I buy it, it was all in the price I pay for car, if he was being a pleasant and good business dealer I would never had to go this route, loosing out on traveling , picking up children from school, missing work, all the pain and stress I deal with was truly unfair, my problem is he warranty, that repair is good nothing wrong and engine light stay coming up with codes I know nothing of, and his work that was done on vehicle should have a warranty less then five months in car, and been up and down to him trying to get a fair responds, he say it's fix and it's not, this car is a lemon, and to take advantage of a women that has no idea about issues was total, wrong, and he say he fix problems my  argument , is why engine light coming on and car belt broke and car was smoking all these things leaded up to problem from beginning and I had to send a   Certified Letter by mail cause he was not answering my calls he took my kindness and money and when he seen that I catch on to something wrong that's when I felt he started treating me very unkind and unfair, I put others at risk daily driving car, and my children also when you say to me car is fix and belt broke in travels call you and you just brush me off like it's not my problem, when am having issues with engine, he need to be more customer satisfaction then a bout a quick dollar , this is my hard working dollars and using GOD as a shield for wrong so not good business  sense  , am stilling having issues with car , now am just to set back and swallow my lost if  thousands of dollars, how I was treated was unfair and telling me about a old year car , for the amount paid I should not have this much issues in less then 1year
