Mar 16, To Whom It May Concern I have received letter from Revdex.com and I also understand complains by the customer, I feel so sorry that I couldn't make customer happy I tried but it didn't work this time but some of stories from the customer's complaint were missing in the letter between I and customer's conversation.Last October customer brought [redacted] for power steering fluid (hydraulic fluid) leakageI have diagnosed customer's car and found fluid leakage from the pump also customer agreeded, so I gave price to customer of about $estimate with remanufacture part from import parts dealer.I thought remanufactured parts were good, but when I have installed remanufactured part (power steering pump) heavy groaning noise was heard so I called parts dealer and complained about it but parts dealer refused supply another remanufactured pump because most of their steering pump parts for [redacted] were returned as defective (must been unsuccessfully remanufactured) so they recommended install new parts from [redacted] dealer or used parts from junk yard.Next day I called customer explained situation and gave price (used part is $and new part is more than $parts alone), customer screamed over the phone for changing the ward with price change and didn't like short warranty for used part which is only days.Anyway a few days later customer called me and decided use with used pump.It took me a week from start to finishWhen customer came to pick up she screamed for about an hour and complained a lot (about price and other issues like noise). But finally I gave her about $discount and customer left with happy face.About a month later customer came back and complained about ABC light on and noise so I checked and found leak thru power steering reservoir cap loose so I refilled they left and two days later customer came back again for another ABC light on but I haven't found any other leak so I thought might be didn't refill enough because power steering fluid which is used by other suspension parts (like shocks) and it has very slow fill. That fluid are so pricy but I did not charge anything nor mentioned about it, so refilled fluid left running for three hour and finally no leakages been found so customer picked up later that day, then about month later they came and open door gave me a notice letter about what they complained to Revdex.com.I know I felt bad because customer only complained about pump when customer called me, but no leak from the pump or the problem had been found at pump so I only checked for leak at the pump but no other component when they visit. The leakage from car wasn't from the power steering pump at all that I have installed (there's so many other components could leak like suspension, gear box and hoses etc...).I think it is unfair to ask refund because I did my job of replacing power steering pump. But if they come back and ask me to check their car again for the leak then I am happy to check it again and I will do my best.Any question please call me at ###-###-####Sincerely

This is a copy of the invoice that IMJ presented to me on October. 31, 2013.
This is the repair order that I got from BJ Imports after they checked out my car and and determined that the car needs a power steering pump.
This is the total cost of what it would be to purchase and have a new [redacted] power steering pump installed into my vehicle by BJ imported car service.

Review: On October 23, 2013, I took my vehicle into IMJ Auto because the hydraulic fluid was leaking. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as being a faulty power steering pump. After some trouble shooting, we agreed to move forward with replacing the part. On Oct. 31, 2013, we (my husband and myself) arrived to pick the car up, the car was making a rumbling sound that it wasn't making prior to us taking the car in for the repair. When I questioned why the car was making the noise, he tried a few minor adjustments, he then said that the noise was from the fluid working through the system. He said the rumbling would go away. It never did.On the morning of January 8, 2014 hydraulic fluid was leaking from the car and the ABC (active body control) warning light was back on. We drove the car to the IMJ shop. We were told to bring the car back in on Jan. 13, 2014. We dropped the car off on Jan. 13th. The mechanic told us that the reservoir cap was loose. He said that was the problem and that he tightened it. I picked the car up that afternoon. The following morning Jan. 14, 2014 the (ABC) warning signal light came on again. We called the IMJ to notify them that the warning light was on again. We took the car back to the shop on Jan. 15, 2014 and we left the car with him. On Jan. 17,2014, we went to get the car. We were told by the mechanic that he had let the car run for hours and that he didn't find a leak. I then asked him if the (ABC) warning light had come on while the car was in his possession. He said that the light did come on. He then said added that he had to put more Hydraulic fluid in the car because the fluid was low. . At that time I informed that him that I would not continue to bring my vehicle back to address the same problem. I took my car at that time. On the afternoon of Jan. 18, 2014, the day after IMJ assured me that the problem had been resolved, the (ABC) warning signal came on again and continues to come on to this day.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $1,490.00 so that I can have my vehicle repaired properly.
