Review: I purchased a projector lamp for an [redacted] 8350 projector for $99.00 in July of 2014 which Illuminex Technologies advertised as having a one year warranty. They also said it was of the same quality as the [redacted] brand and had an approximate 4000 hour lamp life. The lamp burned out three weeks ago (April *, 2015) and I contacted Illuminex both by phone and by email for a return authorization number several times each way over the last three weeks. They refuse to answer. They are avoiding any warranty by refusing to communicate with me. Their policy is that you must have a return authorization number in order to send a defective lamp back for warranty replacement. I received an inferior quality lamp and the company is trying to avoid honoring their warranty by not answering me.Desired Settlement: I want Illuminex Technologies to issue a return authorization number and replace this defective projector lamp under warranty or better yet refund my original purchase amount of $99.00.

Review: I purchased a lamp for my TV from them back on 12-**-15. I got it on 12-**-15 and found out that it wasn't the bulb we needed to fix our TV so I've been trying to contact them via phone, email and fax and as of today 1-*-16 no one has returned my call. The information that I got from them states you have 30 days to return merchandise but I need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to return the item.Desired Settlement: All I need from them is the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to return it and get a refund.

Review: 1. Purchased TV bulb with 1 year warranty in October 2014. Bulb has failed and have attempted several times to contact them for warranty replacement with no response on email or phone.

2. Purchased another bulb 1.5 weeks ago. Company entered into tracking system it was picked up by post office on August * but it has not moved since. Contacted post office and post office informed me that illuminex entered the shipped information into the system not the post office and that the post office has never picked it up. Again I have been unable to get responses via email or on the customer service phone number to resolve this issue either. They have charged me for the bulb.Desired Settlement: Warranty honored on bulb purchased in October and immediate shipment of bulb ordered on August [redacted].

Review: I purchased a product from Illuminex and did not receive the correct quantity. I ordered 5 of the item and only received 2. I was billed for 5 and the invoice states 5. I have made several phone calls to this company and get a recording every time. I have left 2 voice messages by phone. I have also emailed them 2 times and I get no response by phone or email.Desired Settlement: Receive the 3 items I never received.

Review: Projection bulb that was warrantied for 1 year broke within the timeframe. Unable to contact company by email or phone. No response or reply is received.

Their web page clearly states the warranty: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement bulb. I am willing to ship back the defective bulb, and pay reasonable costs for shipping the replacement.

Review: Purchased a projector lamp from them on June **, 2014. Lamp was advertised to come with a 1 year warranty. Lamp died on December *, 2014. I tried calling the business on 12/*, 12/* and 12/* and have left multiple messages asking for a replacement bulb. I also emailed the business on 12/*. No one ever picks up the phone at the listed number on the website, and no one has returned my request for a warranty replacement.Desired Settlement: Replace the projector lamp per the warranty terms or refund the purchase price.

Review: I ordered a Viqua / Sterilight S463RL UV Lamp for a 5 to 6 GPM water filtration system. This UV light that was delivered to my home was obviously not Viqua/Sterilight brand and was a clear knock off as there was no branding on the lamp and it didn't even fit into my filtration system. I attempted to contact the place of business to get the correct lamp without any returned phone calls, emails or contact of any kind. Still haven't heard anything from them with multiple weeks of ongoing communication via varying channels. At this point I assume my money is gone and I'm stuck with a UV lamp that won't fit my equipment.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would request my money back from this company and I will just never do business with them again but I do feel like others need to know that this is an unethical company and should be warned prior to doing business with them.

Review: I recently purchased a 915B441001 Mitsubishi Original 180 Watt DLP Lamp, when I opened my package both lamps were damaged, I have called the place of business and left a message and also emailed on many occasions hoping they would be able to fix the problem but have not received and response backDesired Settlement: I would like the company to send me the lamps not defective, or accept the broken lamps back and refund my money.
