Ideal Transmission

After reading the Revdex.com complaint we requested that Mr [redacted] come to our office for a meeting because the back and forth over the telephone obviously was not working The customer came to our office and we explained everything to him and came to an agreement on the price and he stated "we were square now and that he had just misunderstood".Thanks [redacted] Ideal Transmission [redacted]

Mr [redacted] came in with his vehicle having transmission issues We did our pre-check and found that it had internal problems, we notified Mr [redacted] that we needed to do a RDI-which means remove, disassembly, and inspect We told him it was $to do that and that would go towards any repairs Mr [redacted] agreed to that, he signed my paper work agreeing After doing that we told him what was wrong and how much it would cost He said he could not afford it and wanted us to put it back together for the $and we told him that we could not, it would be like me rebuilding it, that we could do it for around $and no guarantee that it would work with his broken parts RDI again means REMOVE, DISASSEMBLY, AND INSPECT We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I was called yesterday by the guy I've been working with on the phone from ideal transmission named ***He told me that he had talked to his manager and said that I could get my car back for $with them putting the transmission back into my car or I could pay someone to come tow it and he would put my transmission in a boxToday I was called from someone named Miss [redacted] from ideal transmission and she stated that I would need to pay the $1,if I wanted to get my car put back together or $to have my car towed and my transmission in a boxShe stated that [redacted] had misspoke and that he had only been working there for a few weeksAfter [redacted] just told me that he just talked to the manager/owner of the shopThis is what started the whole situation, they would call me one day give me a price and then change it the next definitely what I would call a bait and switchI would like to get my car for the original price of the even though I feel that this is a ridiculous price to have someone going thru my car take stuff apart before deciding to give me prices on what it could beBecause the sign in there building says $for an inspection of a car and the next thing I know I'm paying for them just to look at itThis has been going on for over three weeks nowThese people need to be investigated and shut downEveryone I've talked to in town has nothing but bad experience with these people
