I found this company on [redacted] It's a great product but too bad the customer service sucksI ordered lipstick and it took almost months to receive my orderI emailed customer service, called, and sent messages on [redacted] Over a month passed by and I received no order or response but the funds were taken from my bank accountI politely inquired the status of my order on [redacted] since I received no reply by email and she blocked me from her [redacted] page! How unprofessional! So I had to put in a claim to have the bank refund me the fundsI will never purchase any products from this company ever again

I ordered two items from this company. It took about 4 weeks to get my items after I paid for them. I contacted the business several times to inquire about my items and did not receive a response. When I received my items I was not happy about the quality of the product.

Just purchased the new matte liquid lipstick & order was shipped next day! Will be ordering soon.

Review: Puchased about $50 worth of product on June 5th. Never received tracking information nor did I receive a response from an email expressing concern on June 11th. I posted a comment on instagram a few days ago, where my comment was deleted...which seems to be a pattern for this company/CEO. It will now be past 14 business days and still no product. Once again,I reached out via email this evening for a refund and no response.Desired Settlement: Complete refund and beware advisory about this company!

Review: I made an order from this website on March 7th,2015 and have tried contacting the individual through email, social media and get deleted, blocked and receive absolutely no response. I have purchased from this company in the past and her delivery process lasted over 3 weeks( which is stated in her website that shipment take 7-14 days) but I have been waiting for almost two months now and have received no information and have lost my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded because I plan to not use the products from this company since the customer service is unacceptable and she does not care about her customers. Especially since I have been waiting for almost two months and this is unacceptable. If possible, I would not want her to continue false advertising and making other people purchase her products and just steal people money.

Review: I placed an order with the company iconic cosmetics. After I place my order I realize I made a mistake on my address, I contacted them through email also social media, I was able to get a response stating that I would have to contact them through [redacted] due to The company being backed up in emails. I sent them A message via [redacted]/social media but after my first response about their email system being backed up, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the company. I waited about five days for a tracking number, but I never received one and I had got a little worried. I tries to contact them via email and social media, but once again no response from no one. The date after I decided to leave a message on their picture stating what they were doing wasn't fair, comes to find out a lot of lady's had the same problem I was having. The company block me from their social media so I would not post any more comments about how bad their customer service were or so I would not write them any more. I only spent $12 but I feel that companies get away with a lot of stuff without getting penalized for what they do to people such as taking their money. I am hoping you guys can help me with is unfortunate problem I have had with this Company iconic cosmetic. I would settle with getting my two lipstick that I ordered in the beginning or A refund for my purchase. The day of labor day is when I placed an order with this company and I hope you guys can make something happen where they get some type of consequences.

Review: I placed an order with them on Sept. 5 and havent received any tracking information or products. They said it would take 7-14 business days and it is now Sept. 30 and nothing has been received. I have attempted to email and call and havent received any responses back. I was blocked from social media.Desired Settlement: Response back from company and products or refund.

Review: I placed an order for cosmetics on August 29th. The items were paid in full and funds were withdrawn from my account immediately. The confirmation email stated that it would take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive, something which I completely understand. However, even though the time is up, I have not received an email with shipping information or given any sign of the status of my order. When contacted via email, the owner fails to respond. I addressed it through her [redacted] page where she is constantly active, and she deleted my comments after telling me to email her. Neither emails nor [redacted] comments have been answered and my respectful complaint resulted in my getting deleted from her [redacted] account. So now I'm left without the product, without a response and without a way to get a hold of her. I know I am not the only one with this issue as she has done the same to other customers. I just want my money back but it seems like she is not willing to even answer my concerns.Desired Settlement: At this time, I am willing to accept the original product that I ordered. However, if her lack of response continues I would like to just get my money back.

This company has taken my money for an order but refuses to reaspond to inquiry on status of the order for almost 30 days. They have no targeted me negatively on social media by blocking me from viewing their business. I assume this is because of their shady business dealings and how others have complained after I did. I've sent several emails and no one responds.

Review: Order products on September 21. Never recieved any tracking info. Constantly sent emails no response. Now the website is currently down.Desired Settlement: Refund or product. and some type of compensation for the horrible customer service.
