Hello, Thank you for the questions regarding the phone number on your accountUpon review of the user's account, the user requested a phone number change on 8/8/The user requested that the Sprint phone number be removed from her accountOn 8/11/2017, the user linked a Google Voice phone number to her accountUnfortunately, the Ibotta app is not designed to work with 3rd party messaging apps or VoIP numbersCompatibility with these types of services are not guaranteedHowever, if the user is able to remember the Google Voice phone number that she linked to her account on that date, the team will be happy to remove the phone number for her so that she can cash out her earnings.Please refer to Ibotta's Terms of Use Section in regards to carriers that are currently compatibleUnfortunately, if the user does not remember the phone number that she linked to her account, we are unable to assist her furtherAs a part of our privacy and security, the user must provide the currently linked phone number in order to make any changes to her accountWe apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the user can provide the numberThank you

Hello, Thank you for your response regarding your accountWe were able to find this user's father's account, however, there are three additional accounts that share the same information, contact info, location, and payment informationThis is in direct violation of Ibotta's Terms that allow users to have ONE earning accountIn regards to shared receipts, there are at least three instances of a receipt being sharedFor example, a receipt was submitted on the user's main earning accountWithin hours, a second account was created and the same receipt was submitted on the secondary account that contains the same information as the main earning accountTherefore, it is clear to Ibotta that the user referred himself, created a secondary account, and submitted the same receipt in an effort to obtain both the referral credit in the main account and welcome credit in the secondary accountUnfortunately, we are choosing the keep the user's accounts deactivatedThank you for your understanding

I tried to explain the receipt I submitted was not tampered with but taped back together after being ripped in half by my Autistic sonThis would of been something I could have explained better on the phone with a coustomer service personInstead they send out electronic emails I spent money in stores in order to use their appI also still had money to cash out which I no longer can since they abruptly deactivated my account, monies I think should given back to me Ibotta says they are a legit company but due to their previous actions and the many complaints form other people about the same thing happening to them, this suggests they are not!
