The services offered did not work properly. I requested a cancellation after trying to talk to the company as they were very rude.
The services offered did not work properly. I was lied to by the owner, ***, twice. He told me that I could cancel the service. I was hung up on by his employee, ***, during a follow up phone call. They have turned me over to collections now.

Desired Outcome

I want out of the contract and would like to not have to pay anymore money.

This is a reply to the above complaint #***. Mr. *** enrolled as an agent with *** Group on 6/29/19. He opted for iBoomerang Gold Package. He chose the 12-month contract to reduce his set-up fee and monthly rate. He was sent a welcome email and phone call explaining thoroughly the terms of the contract. Mr. stated in his complaint that the services offered did not work properly. Mr. did not once contact customer support via phone or our ticket system to report any issue with our services. He had access to our weekly training sessions but never attended. After receiving this complaint from Revdex.com we tested Mr. tools and found they are working as expected. The first time Mr. contacted our office was the date his payment declined 7/29/19. He was emailed an invoice and he replied to that email requesting the owner of our company contact him. Mr. did contact Mr. and explained he could pay the owed amount and have his account reinstated or request a buyout of his contract. Mr. did not respond. On 8/29/19 Mr. payment declined for a second time. He was sent a statement via email at which he replied via email that Mr. had advised him that he could get out of the contract. Mr. advised the accounting department this was false. Mr. was notified via email of his options. He replied via email that he will be contacting his attorney and that we are hereby ordered to cease and desist any contact with him through email, phone, text and any and all other means about this matter. On 9/29/19 his account declined a third time. Our office policy is to prepare a final invoice that includes all monies owed to iBoomerang. When Mr. received his final invoice via e-mail. He then called our office and was extremely rude stating he was told by Mr. that he would be released from his contract and also that his attorney had sent a cease and desist order. I informed him we have not received any correspondence from any attorney stating they were representing him and that Mr. did not inform him that he would be released from his contract. At Mr. request Mr. was sent a buyout offer on 10/8/19. Mr. responded to the buyout offer 10/8/19 stating he was rejecting the offer and if we turned his account over to the collection agency he would file a lawsuit. At this point Mr. account was turned over to our professional collection agency. Mr. called our office after he was contacted by our collection agency. He was told that at this point we have nothing further to do with his account and all communication needs to go through the collection agency. He stated he would call us every day until his debt was cancelled. He continued to call our office continuously harassing our employees. He still had access to our training and came into a training session on October 21, 2019 stating negative comments about our company that others in the training heard. Again, we offered him a final buyout offer of $185.00 and he agreed to send a check to our physical location and cease harassment of customer service department and hang up phone calls to the owner of the company. To date it has been 15 days and iBoomerang.com, Inc still has not received his agreed to $185.00 payment! Please be advised we greatly appreciate and value our high satisfaction rating with Revdex.com and our customers. We conscientiously strive daily to maintain this to the best of our ability.
