I Love Teriyaki

Just went here for lunch and never had a problem. Today I had to wait 25 minutes for my food and the 4 people that came in after me received their food 1st and one was deep fried. Next the Girl that was handling the fried food seen a bug flying around and proceeded to kill it with her hand and then brushed the bug off the glove and continued to handle the food. Drove back to work to eat my Spicy Chicken (since the bug girl did not handle my food) and open the container to something that was fried and not even close to Spicy Chicken. I would NEVER go back to this place. I also attempted to speak to the manager and he is too busy to come to the phone.
