To whom it may concernSorry for the delay in getting back, I talked with [redacted] 's son [redacted] back in I believe January and indicated that I would be happy to take care of the issues indicated, at the time, and still now I have been suffering from some health issues, and to be honest getting over to [redacted] 's to resolve the issues totally slipped my mindI have no problem resolving all the issues free of charge when I am back on my feet, hopefully very soon, I will contact [redacted] or [redacted] next week to at least go over and take a look at the problems and set something up to take care of it.thank youIke H***

To Whom it may concern we have been trying to contact this customer by phone and text for over a week with no response, I to have documentation of thatIn our last conversation with [redacted] on the 2nd we told him that we would be happy to fix the stucco issue around the lights, which I might add were never in the contract, it was added by him after the fact, and we said that we would see what we can do, as a favorAt that time we indicated to him that it would be at least a week before we could get out as we were tied up on other projects, and that we would contact him to set up a timeAlso the other things that he has listed were never mentioned in our last conversationWe have no problem fixing the problems but we are not going on his property without his permission, so until he responds to our many attempts to contact him this issue can't be resolved.Thank youIke H***

Review: On November 2, 2015 I contacted with Joe H[redacted] of IH Construction to paint the exterior of my home located in, Scottsdale, AZ 8526. This work was to be completed while I was out of town.

Upon my return, January 25, 2016, I inspected the work accomplished and found the following items not completed as outlined in the contract:

1. Did not fill all cracks and holes of the surface being painted

2. Failed to texture the stucco around exterior house lighting

3. Did not varnish the front door of the residence

4. Did not power wash stone work on exterior of home

5. Did not caulk were needed

6. When spray painting there is over spray of paint on the pool deck

7. Hand prints on windows that were supposed to be covered during painting of home

I have text & phoned Joe H[redacted] on at least 10 different occasions and he failed to respond. When he did respond he said he would be out on two different occasions to complete the unfinished work, and failed to show up. I have pictures of all of the above and phone records.Desired Settlement: I want the work completed as discussed with Joe H[redacted] and per the written contract.

Review: Signed an agreement with I.H. Construction on8/31/2013 for some minor repair from water damage and painting inside our home. Agent was [redacted], son of the owner [redacted]. We have had every excuse in the book as to why the work has not been done. Our patience has expired. [redacted] has our paint samples and over the 3 month period came out one day and started to cut a hole in the sheet rock in the garage. He has not returned and attempts to reach him go unanswered. Called him many times over the 3 month period and occasionally he calls back and promises to come but does not show. He has a 50% deposit for the work and over the past years has done good work and been responsive but not this time. Very frustrating.

Alerted him via voice message that if we didn't hear from him we would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job today and tomorrow or return our paint and a bank check for our deposit.

Very dependable, thorough and professional. On top of that, Ike and the two painters who worked on the interior and exterior painting of our home were just really nice guys! Very fairly priced and great work finished within the specified time frame (actually a little early!) Highly recommend.

I had [redacted] paint the outside of my home in 2010 and was very pleased with the results.

He has painted a lot of homes in my area (Troon North) and I spoke to several of his other customers who were also very happy with [redacted]'s work.

Then I had him paint the inside of my home in 2013 and was again very pleased. His employees could not have been more wonderful. They were very courteous and helpful.
