Review: I G Glass installed a third glass shower door after the first one was measured wrong, the second one was scratched. After a couple weeks and final payment, there has been settling of the door resulting in the door hitting the fixed glass panel so it will not swing freely through the threshold. We have tried repeatedly to contact this company to make them aware of the problem and see if there is an adjustment that can be made so we can have the product we paid for during our master bath remodel. There has been no contact from said business.Desired Settlement: We are requesting they either replace or adjust our existing glass shower door so that it functions properly. We understood that it would swing both ways on hinges to allow access to our newly remodeled master shower. We are fearful that the existing door that hits the fixed panel will eventually shatter.
