Customer came and purchased during our annual holiday saleThis sale included items that were marked 50% off floor samplesHe purchased the bed night stands dresser and mirrorHe inspected it prior to puchase and then he called saying that there was a scratch on itRex the salesman gave them a chance to order a new one for $more and customer declinedWe sold the merchandise as is and is well stated on the invoiceWe tried to solve the issue but we cant honor the sale price for the new oneThank you so much Carlos

gave them a chance to order a new one for $250 more and customer declined. We sold the merchandise as is and is well stated on the invoice. We tried to solve the issue but we cant honor the sale price for the new one.

Review: Dear Sir,This is a written notice of complaint in regards to the above-mentioned invoice for an entertainment center that I purchased at your store on [redacted] for $1250.20. The furniture was purchased on a 90-day layaway plan with a down payment of $400. It was paid for in full on [redacted] At the time that I surrendered the final payment I was told that the entertainment center that I purchased had been sold to another individual without notifying me or my consent. I was promised at that the furniture I purchased was on order. Afterwards, on several occasions when I visited the show room I was told my order would be in in two weeks or by the end of that month. I was last told thatthe order would be in [redacted]. When I went by to inquire about the furniture on the [redacted] of [redacted], the furniture still had not arrived. I was again promised my furniture and was told that [redacted] would contact me regarding the expected date of arrival. As of this date, I have not heard from I Furniture or any representative thereof.Please be advised that I feel that I entered into an agreement with I Furniture in good faith. I have had to visit your store on numerous occasions with regards to this purchase and have been very patient with you. I have kept my end of the bargain by making timely payments and paying off the furniture in less than the 90-day allotted time. On the other hand, I Furniture has not operated in good faith nor kept their word.Therefore, I am writing requesting that the full $1250.20 be refunded to me.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a total refund of the monies paid to them in the amount of $1250.20
