Review: we are to have weekly dumps of our dumpster every thursday. we have not had a pick up since 3/6/14, no one will return my call, no one wants to rectify the problem. So I faxed a letter stating that they just need to pick up the dumpster and still no call. this fax was on 3/24/14. I believe if these people would take a class on customer service and do as the say everything would be good.Desired Settlement: our dumpster just needs picked up and no other charges should be paid to them.they even billed me for the whole month of March knowing they only dumped once, not four times that is scheduled.WE have a security gate and guard dogs and it says to call for access.

After

looking over the account we show no calls made on the account regarding service

issue's, the last time anything was reported on this account was on May 24,

2013, We did follow up with the customer when they called March 2014 regarding

the container not dumped on March 20, 2014, We were there at 12:30pm and honked

but no one came out to up the dogs up. There were no ongoing issues with this

account like the customer states there was. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: In November I got behind on my $26.00 monthly trash collection. I received several frantic calls saying I needed to get the account up to date. As you can see, it is Christmas and I paid one month I December. At seventy-five, and single, I Really only have enough trash for one pick up a month instead of the supposed four times a month, as long as it does not fall on a holiday or the weather is bad, In January, I was sent a letter telling me " YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED ",And stopped using my customary once a month trash collection. The bills stopped coming and I figured the account was closed. I went on line and paid what they said I owed, what I owed and the bills started coming retro active to the first of the year. I thought I was up to date and put a half full load of garbage on the curb and later noticed not only was the garbage gone, but the container too. I have received frequent weekly calls to pay $100.00 + for services not rendered. Today, when they called, and I told them I would be filing a complaint with you, I was rudely told it would be turned over to a collection agency, and hung up on.Desired Settlement: Corporate America seems to think it is above the Law and therefore think the paying public is fare game as long as they can get away with it without getting caught. Never, in all of the calls were they polite and ask what they could do to make it right. So, here is my offer to pay them one months garbage collection.

Review: I got the trash service. I wanted 2 cans and they charged me 60 dollars up front . The next they brought me one can ..I called them she said oh sorry we will get that second one right out to you..I waited 3 weeks and no second can.. so when I got the first bill I said fix it for 1 can or bring me my second can ..They said ok and still no second can...I didn't pay the first bill waited on the second bill and can. Got the second bill and still no can so called them on a Monday and told them forget the second fix the 66.00 bill and make it for 1 can and then I will pay .. She said ok ..The net day was trash day and they did not pick up the trash so I called them back ,she got really nasty and said no matter what I was gonna pay the entire bill for 2 cans so I told her fine I would pay it but I would begin looking for another trash service ..That night they picked up their trash can and the next sent me a bill for 106 dollars not even deducting the original 60 dollars and not even knocking the bill back down to just charges for the single can I actually received ..I told her fix the bill and I will pay it she said bite me hung and turned it over to a collection agency who will not even discuss the fact that the bill is the wrong amount,.....Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the bill to just the single can for those 2 mths and 2 weeks I had the service and then to deduct the 60 dollar deposit they made me pay and I will then pay what is left...

In order to resolve this complaint, we will credit the account and contact the collection agency to discontinue the pursuit of the remaining balance. It is our desire to resolve this issue, although we do not 100% agree with the details of the complaint - i.e. - the Bite me comment.

Review: We signed a contract with [redacted] on 7-1-14. We paid for 1 year of service up front and that's when the problems began. We received the wrong dumpster, ours was suppose to have a lock on it, and called our salesperson [redacted] and informed her of the problem. She said she would have another delivered. Over the next 3 months they delivered other dumpsters but none of them locked the doors just the top. Several more phone calls and still nothing. I asked for a supervisor but it seems she was always in a meeting. After I was able to leave a message for the manager [redacted], A lady named [redacted] returned my call and assured me she would take care of it. Another dumpster was delivered and yet it did not lock. I have called back several more times and its like they are totally avoiding our calls. I leave messages and never hear back, I even threatened to sit the dumpster in the road and once again she said she would take care of it, that was December 12, 2014. On 2-25-14 I called the corporate office and left a message for [redacted] and as of today still no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like my contract canceled and money refunded. However I know I will never get the correct amount back so I will just ask that they bring us the correct dumpster and make sure on June 30 they remove the dumpster from our property.

I spoke with this customer this morning and had her recap all of the issues she had been having since the signing of her contract. Ultimately, there was one issue that was the root of her problems and that was that she needed a completely lockable 8yd dumpster that we have yet to provide. I spoke with our operations team and we will be able to get her the can that she needs today. I assured her that this would be taken care of and that I would personally take her phone calls moving forward so she wouldn't feel like she was getting the runaround. The customer was satisfied with the resolution and no longer wanted to cancel the account as long as we deliver what we said we would.

Review: This is the second week that this company have not picked-up your trash. Our account with them is paid up for the next

three months. Every Monday evening for the last 30 years my husband put out the trash can next to the mail box. The last

two weeks there has not been any change in our schedule. The first week they miss I called, they picked it up the next

day. I was told the reason was that we have a new driver for the route. This week (6-4-13) he told his employer we didn't

have our trash out. My husband called and talked to the manager and I called and talked to the manager who denied

that we had called the week before. As of June 6, 2013 our trash is still in our yard. We have witnesses our neighbors

that our trash was out there. It just don't make any sense to why us. I ask his to speak to our neighbors.Desired Settlement: What can we do? They have decided to believe a lie. The Manage said this guy would lost his job, so he has to lie to keep

his job. It is not our fault we need them to do their job, they're paid. We want a refund for this week 6-4-13. In the form

of a check not a credit on our statement.

We are very sorry for this issue to have happened after all these years of you being our customer. You did call on 5/29/2013 at 8:56 am and said your trash was missed, we came back the next day and picked it up. Your call was notated in our system. On your next service day the driver wrote on his route sheet that the trash was not out and you say it was out. We do have a new driver on the route and it is possible he mixed up your address with someone else's. We did pick up the trash yesterday and again we are sorry for the problem. We can't write a check for the missed pickup but we will issue a two week credit of $16.00 on your account.

Review: My trash can was stolen 11/7/2012. I reported it to IESI on that date and requested a replacement can. I have called back 6 times in the last four months and still don't have a can. I was told in January that one would be delivered in February, but that has not happened. If I were a new customer, instead of a customer who has done business with them for 15 years, then my can would have been replaced in two to three days. I pay almost $50 a month for this service so I expect a response of some kind, not empty promises.Desired Settlement: I want the replacement can along with an apology and an adjustment to my bill. I have had to pile trash on the side of the road for 4 months now.
