Review: I placed an order on 1/3/16. They have processed the charge (cleared) from my Credit Card, however I have not received my order, their Email Address is invalid (full) and the phone number is disconnected. I've left a message on their Facebook Page. This is a SCAM! I see I'm not the only person who is experiencing this as well. I'd consider this FRAUD and am requesting the company provide 100% refund!!! They literally are taking money and provide zero way to contact them!!!Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY

Review: On 09-20-15 I purchased a statue called "Fortitude" by [redacted] from I Believe Collectibles in Roseville, Ca. via their website [redacted] They promised shipment within three days. When the item did not arrive I emailed them (four times) asking why. I only received an automated reply saying they would contact me within 24 hrs. I did not receive a replay. I finally emailed saying I could contact the Revdex.com if I did not receive my item or a refund. Only an automated reply saying they would contact my within 24 hrs. I tried to call (five times) and always got a voice message saying "We can not answer your call at this time. I don't know where to go from here. I paid $164.87 for this item and my bank made payment to them the next day 09-21-15. I am on a fixed (Medicare) income and saved for quite a while for this item. I really can't afford to buy it again. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like for this business to either send me the item in good condition or make a refund to my bank debit card.

Review: On August4,2015, I mail an order to the company for Notecards but have not heard back or gotten my order. My check has not been process from them. I have tried to call & fax twice & wrote letter to them twice. Still no reply. Just want my order or my check back. It cost $31.00 to cancel the check & that is not possible for me to do. Don't have that kind of extra money. It was for a gift & now I have to buy something else to replace the gift.Any help in this matter would be appreciated!Desired Settlement: Please send my check back.

Review: I had been looking for a very special Siamese cat figurine which my husband, who died on our 47th wedding anniversary, gave me and was somehow misplaced. As 'I Believe Collectibles' had this figurine in stock, I ordered two, one on 9/10/15 and one on 9/11/15. The amount for each charged on my credit card was $28.41 x 2. An email receipt for each including an order# and assurance that my order was in process was sent both by this company and by Solo Mio Enterprises. One month has passed and not only have I not received either of these figurines, they have not responded to my emails, nor are any of the three telephone numbers they list in service; it is virtually impossible to contact them. I am a very trusting 73-year-old senior citizen but have concluded that something is not right here.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of $56.82 to my credit card which represents the amount of the two figurines, plus tax, plus shipping and handling.

Review: I ordered almost $400 worth of [redacted] collectible fairies from this vendor on September 18. Their website says that they will not send through a charge until the items are secured and ready for shipment. It is now October 7 and I have received nothing from this company except for a charge on my credit card dated September 18. This company does not answer e-mails other than with an automatic reply that says they will get back to me shortly. They don't appear to have a working phone number either.After reading other complaints filed against this company and seeing they have an "F" rating with the Revdex.com I have to conclude that this is a fraudulent business. I'm surprised that they are able to still have a website and steal money from unsuspecting customers. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute their charge.Desired Settlement: I would like I Believe Collectibles to either send my shipment now or issue me a credit. If this truly is a fraudulent company, I would like to see their website removed so that others don't lose their money to them.

Review: I ordered $42.74 of product and have not received the product, but it shows that they took the funds from the charge card. They won't return my calls or emails. All I ever get is an Instagram stating that they will respond soon, but they never do. I believe this is a fraud business. I also went to their [redacted] page and found many other complaints that sound just like mine.Desired Settlement: At this point...I want a refund and this so called business closed for fraud.

Review: I ordered and paid for two garden fairies on the web page. The money was taken from my account but the product was never delivered. They aren't returning calls or emails. I'm not sure they are still in business but their web page is still up and taking orders. My order ID is [redacted]. I paid on line $36.76 on 10-5-15.Desired Settlement: I still want the fairies but will take my money back if that is the only recourse.

Review: On 8/20/15 I ordered Andrew Bill Dragons Thief & my credit card was charged $119.88. I did received confirmation of my ordered & my payment. I haven't received my Dragon. I have emailed, called & got no response.I have called their 4 different phone number & this is what I get.[redacted] - No longer in service.2- [redacted] - Mail Box # not in service, hangs up.3- [redacted] - Not available now, call again, memory full[redacted] - Left message.I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Review: I ordered an item on March 21st 2015. I received an email shortly after stating that my order was accepted, that I was charged, and that I would receive an email with tracking and shipment information once it was shipped. I received no further correspondence and my bank account was successfully charged. A few weeks later, I realized that I had not gotten any shipment information and I had not received the product, so I emailed the company asking for updated information on my order. I waited a week but heard nothing back. I attempted to call and email again, but still have yet to receive any replies or answers regarding my missing order.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount I was charged to be refunded back to me, that being $59.08.

Review: I ordered a figurine from this business online on 2/16. The charge posted to my credit card on Feb 16 as well. I did receive an order acknowledgement via e mail that morning indicating I would be notified once the item ships. I have not received any further communication since then. I confirmed with my relative that she never received the item. I attempted to contact the seller more than 6 times since then via phone and e mail and have not been able to. I've left voice mail and e mail. In addition, at one point the phone call was answered, but he dropped me as I was saying hello. When I attempted to call back that moment after, he did not answer the phone and let it go to voice mail. It is now 2 weeks later and still no word.Desired Settlement: I will be contacting my credit card company as well. This is not a way to run a business and I do want the owner to be accountable for his shady business practice. It is unacceptable that he charges my credit card and just simple refuses to acknowledge the order. In reviewing his Revdex.com ratings, it is clear this is a repeat offense. Unacceptable. If I could go to his shop and tell him myself I will. Revdex.com, I would like you to handle this matter with this offender and take this seriously

Review: Ordered 13 items. Received 9, 4 were the wrong ones and it was missing 4 all together.

Placed online order with I Believe Collectibles(shipping from Solo Mio Enterprises)on 8/15/13 for a total of 13 Flower Fairies for $156.24. When order arrived, the box held 9 of the fairies, all in good shape, and the foam packaging. The paper shows 13 items ordered but 4 are missing all together. Then as I went thru, 4 of the sent ones were not as pictured on their website and would need to be sent back. I have called the long distance phone #XXX XXX-XXXX, 8 times and sent an email to http: //www.Ibelieve

collectibles.com about every other day. I got one email message on 8/30/13 from [redacted] about how to send back the wrong 4, no message about the missing 4 or refund. I even sent one email and said I could keep the wrong 4 and use as gifts to friends, but still need my missing 4 fairies. I only get an answering machine on the long distance calls, no matter what time of day it is. The emails generate a message--We have received your request for information & we will respond shortly. But I've yet to hear anything. It will be coming up a month and I getting tired of all the time spent to get my refund for the missing 4 or if I can get the fairies. Just don't understand why someone can not let me know the status?

If they are not in stock, then I need the refund for them, so they can be purchased from some where else. As I said, at this point, I don't want to send the wrong ones back, I may never see the refund.

Review: I ordered three collectibles for 126.61.I never received them.I tried to contact the company and got no response.I also filed a dispute with them and have yet received my money back.They have a website full of merchandise that is not even available.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I placed an order with solo mio enterprises aka ibelievecollectibles.com for $136.96. I received a confirmation email on 1/28/15 acknowledging receipt of payment, giving me an order number and informing me that I would be provided with tracking info when items were ready to be shipped. I have not heard anything since. I have sent emails inquiring into the status of my order but received no response. I have called numbers for ibelievecollectibles and solo mio enterprises but no one answers and my messages have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I want the items ordered or a full refund.

Review: I placed an order with this company [ibelievecollectables.com] and got an email confirmation and a receipt from both I believe collectibles and Solo Mio enterprises. The money came out of my bank acct right away and the website stated that my card would not be charged until the item is secured and guaranteed for shipment and that I would receive an email as soon as it the item is shipped (3-5 days) I never received an email after two weeks I start emailing the company and each time receive an automated response saying they will contact me soon with info, never happened.I emailed several times. nothing. I called several times no answer so I try a different number listed on the site, goes to a voicemail saying it isn't set up. Now a month later and this crook (owner [redacted]) has stolen my money and apparently I'm not the only one.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or at the very least the item I purchased but never received.

Review: I had placed an order for one item that cost a total of $38.39. The same day I received 3 e-mails. Two e-mails saying the exact same thing: Your order has been successfully received. Your order ID is [redacted]. We will notify you as soon as your order is processed and shipped. The other e-mail was a receipt from Solo Mio Enterprises with the same order ID number. It has been a little over 10 days and I have not received my item that I ordered. I e-mailed them twice with the same automated response: We have received your request for information & we will respond shortly. I have also called 3 different phone numbers that are no longer available with the exception of one I left a message: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. I have not heard a word from anyone through e-mail or phone. I also have not received my item. This site is a fraud and needs to be shut down.Just an FYI for the Revdex.com when I typed in the order ID an 'a' was added to the end of the number even though I did not type it. Also I was unable to upload a pic even though it was a jpg file.Desired Settlement: I would like the item that I have ordered or a complete refund.

Review: On July 26, 2014, I ordered one item from Ibelievecollectibles.com I received a confirming email with my order #[redacted], telling me I would be notified soon on delivery. I paid with a [redacted] gift card $17.95 for an ornament, plus $7 s/h, total $24.95. I have tried to contact the company via email at least six times, and get the same auto-generated replay that "someone will contact you shortly" and have also tried 3 separate phone numbers (1.415.614.2558, 1.800.960.0156, and 1.916.899.5663) associated with this company, or the owner, [redacted], and ALL 3 are NO LONGER IN SERVICE! I am sure this person STOLE FROM ME and would like to file a complaint. I see they already have an "F" Revdex.com rating - shame on me for not looking at this before I made my purchase. How can they be allowed to keep websites up and running, taking money from people for products AND delivery costs, and pocketing all of it without delivery? My search on this person and the company I Believe Collectibles, and another company named [redacted], show this person doing business since 2005, and still ripping people off. How can they continue without consequences? Probably a lot people like me, spending $50 or less, and most of them feel it isn't worth their time to complain to someone. That's a lot of pocketing of money from orders never delivered. Their site is still up and running and taking orders!!!!!Desired Settlement: WANT MY $24.95 RETURNED IN CASH. THE [redacted] CARD USED WAS A GIFT CARD AND NO LONGER VALID.PUT THIS THIEF OUT OF INTERNET BUSINESS. PEOPLE ARE CONTINUING TO GET SCAMMED.

Review: I ordered a Perseus and Pegasus figurine for 62.89 from Ibelievecollectibles.com, was told I was charged by someone named [redacted], then never received the product. I emailed four times, called, regarding the status of my order, but no one ever responded after that. At first, I thought it was just me, but then I read two other complaints on the Revdex.com site. I had no idea. This is no way to run a business.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for. I want the product shipped to me.

Review: I ORDERED A Brown Marble Tabby by [redacted] ON JANUARY 27, 2015. TO DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I RECENTLY SENT AN EMAIL ASKING ABOUT THE DELIVERY AND WAS SENT A RESPONSE THAT IT WAS BEING LOOKED INTO. TODAY I CALLED THE NUMBER POSTED ON THE SITE AND GOT A VOICEMAIL.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE AN EXPEDITED REFUND OF $22.18 WHICH IS THE COST OF THE ITEM PLUS TAX AND SHIPPING.

Review: I ordered 3 items from this company on February 2, 2015 and received a confirmation on the items that I paid for, the website stated that it would ship within 10 days, it has been over a month and I have called them every day, no one answers the phone. I have left numerous messages and I have also emailed them with no answer to where my items were, if they were on back order or what. I needed these items for a birthday gift and they have really messed that up. I'm in need of help on this matter. It only took them a few seconds to get my money for the items that I ordered but they have not shipped my items yet. Please help in this matter.Desired Settlement: All I want is the items that I ordered or my money back ASAP

Review: I ordered Flower Fairies last November and to this day have not received them. They took my money for the order and the delivery.

I paid for an order of Flower Fairies last November for a hopeful Christmas delivery. I got a response after Christmas telling me my order was BACKORDERED and would be delivered in February 2013. I have still yet to receive my delivery. This organization is a joke. I guess if you can STEAL $70 here and $70 there, you can make great money. I know I have a late complaint, but saw that someone else filed a complaint against this organization, got their delivery of FLOWER FAIRIES, not completely, but got some of them ordered in August. The organization does not answer their phone, return phone calls, or return emails. ARE THEY FOR REAL????????? Desired Settlement: I WANT MY PRODUCT. I ordered it for my dying wife, she has since passed away, and FLOWER FAIRIES were her favorite. I NEED these FAIRIES!!!!
