On the customers model of phone it is required to remove the screen which can break during the removal process to fix the charge portSince we want to be upfront with our customers we called and explained this risk at 4:on 8/31/
Additionally, we offered the money back for labor already paid if no repair was wantedCustomer took some time to think and called us back at 4:on 8/31/deciding they wanted to attempt the repairAgain we explained breaking the screen would cost an additional $if they wanted the phone working againCustomer decided to attempt the repair and in the event of the screen breaking which unfortunately did happen they wanted to phone back broken instead of paying the extra $for a new screenWe understand the customers frustration but on this repair there is risk which was well explainedUnfortunately, we cannot replace the screen at no cost in this case

The $labor should have been refunded to me since you are unable to fix that type of phone without breaking it further! You should at the very least refund any money spent since the phone is now more broken than its original state! Also you should have explained the possibility of your breaking it or in your case the surety of breaking it at drop off not when you already have the phoneTotally seems like a scam and your company does not know how to fix this phone
