Review: On 06/12/2014 I took my 85 yr old mothers television to be checked for audio problems, on Friday the 20th of June I finally reached [redacted] and was told that the audio chip was bad and needed replaced and was back-ordered.[redacted] said the part was supposed to be shipped the same day and when he returned to the shop he would check his e-mails and let me know, he also stated the repairs on the MAG 32" Tv would be about $80.00 total. Today being the 17th of July 2014 after over one dozen calls and voice mails, several trips to an always closed shop, not one returned call, I cannot get the tv or a contact with this "ghost of a man"Desired Settlement: want my television returned asap fixed or not
