[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that the business attempted to defraud me and is offering too little too late as wellThey admitted in conversations on [redacted] with me that they relisted the items in error but made no mention that the items were discontinued and could not be replacedI have clear screen shots of these conversations in which the use of [redacted] policy was used as an excuse, failing to disclose again that the items were not availableI fully complied with their request to select a "different" size for one item and again at NO time during these conversations did they state that the items were no longer available to them as they had been discontinued from their supplierThis excuse or reason did not surface until I involved the Revdex.comIf necessary, I will be pleased to provide the above mentioned screenshots so that the conversation may be read in its entirety Regards, [redacted]

February 25, 2016To whom it may concern,Dear Sir/Madam, We received a letter of complaint from Revdex.comAs part of our appreciation we occasionally send customers letters of appreciation with promotional couponsWe investigated this particular package that was sent to a customer and it turned out that because we have old labels saved in the system, the original package label was accidentally put on a letter that was sent to a customerWe since refunded the customer on February See refund confirmation belowUnfortunately, that is the only proof of refund we can offer since we do not handle refunds ourselves [redacted] .com processes refunds at our requestAs of today it shows as being refundedWe are deeply sorry about the situation; we refunded the whole amount to customer and will make sure such occurrence will not happen again.Sincerely,Robert WCEO and FounderPSPlease, see refund confirmation below

I really apologize for the frustration that this issue caused you. We have the same exact ring in stock in size 7 and can... ship it out to you today by priority mail and give you a tracking number. If you still would like it in size 6 we can make a special order and ship it to you by Tuesday or Wednesday. Please, let me know at your earliest convenience and I will see this progress through and get you this ring promptly. My deepest apologies for the frustration it might have caused you.Sincerely, Helen Once we hear from her we will send out the correct ring. If she asks for refund we will proceed with refund.

Hello, We refunded both items as our supplier discontinued production of these items. We cannot possibly send a different size for this reason. We can offer a free gift of your choice on top of already refunded items to compensate for your trouble.SIncerely, Helen V[redacted] Office Manager

Customer was refunded for both items as both items discontinued and out of stock. Refund was issued for both. Customer demands to be sent the items that we will not have as factory discontinued the product. We refunded the money and can offer a free item at this point as a gift as we do not carry...
