flat tire. I have run flat tires which do not physically get flat until after you've driven around 100 miles on them. I tried to explain this to the manager but he would not listen. After the manager left someone else helped me put air in my tire so I could drive home. I had my car towed to the dealership the next day. Once again I did not leave and come back with my car. My car never left the car wash. You can review cameras to see that. I also have Uber receipts to show when I left the car wash and came back. I also have the paperwork from the dealership stating that my tire was flat and replaced. Sincerely,[redacted]
