Review: Since I've lived here I have had issues with spiders in my apartment, repairs that were never completed, and mold. I am currently pregnant and have a small child in the apartment with me. The carpet was never replaced after mold was detected the first time. A fan was left here for 3 days and I had to remind them of the condition. Turned out, there was a crack the entire length of the window (just above window) and the simply put cocking in the crevaces. Now for a second time after the mold issues, there is water saturating my carpet next to my bed again. So much that the water came up over my feet. They ripped up the carpet and placed an industrial fan near by. It's now day 3 and they still haven't been back or contacted me. I am concerned for the health of everyone in my home. I'm currently pregnant with a child that already has health issues. I just want a safe and healthy environment for my family. After speaking to the manager he and I had a bit of an argument and he told me to just move out of his apartments then. The problem is I put 9 months worth of rent upfront. 12,000$Desired Settlement: I would like a new apartment without having to pay any extra fees or simply have the remainder of our money back so my family and I can move out.

We received a service request 9/9/13 11:21 am. (see attached). We immediately went to the apartment and assessed the issue. We noticed that we had water on the carpet in the bedroom. [redacted] moved back the furniture in the room so we could dry the area and assess damage to the carpet and wall. [redacted] placed fans in the room to dry the area. He went back on 9/11/13 to make sure everything was dry. He pulled the fan and made sure that there were no issues with mold and mildew. [redacted] was there at the apartment when he checked the area and pulled the fans, [redacted] Friend checked that apartment on 9/16/13 and 8:30am and [redacted] said that everything was good and that [redacted] was there last week to check and pulled the fans.

I have attached all the service requests for [redacted], [redacted], we had a service request back on 5/28/13 for a window leak. We caulked and sealed around the window. We have assessed that the 9/9/13 leak may have come from another area of the window of where the window latches in middle. The rain that we had was a driving rain with 70-100 mile per hour winds and we had a lot of flooding in the entire area of Billings. We had 3-4 other ground level apartments with some water on the carpet.

We feel we were timely, and efficient with the handling of the service request by [redacted] on 9/9/13.

The Leases terms are that they moved in on 3/10/13, and there lease ends on 11/30/13. They did pay the lease in full due to credit history, etc. They currently have a balance credit of $2008.00 for October and November rent.

She was upset because she felt we did not fix the problem on 5/28/13* I told her that we thought we had fixed everything but with the high winds and the amount of rain and flooding we had that we would have to reassess the situation. We went in on 9/9/13 and we feel we assessed and have fixed the problem.
