Hunt Club Apartments (CnC Investments)

I am a resident at Hunt Club Apt. Since I moved in have had problems. The entire winter I went without heating having to purchase individual heaters. The entire summer I have gone with a working air conditioner. Office was notified and aware of problem 2 months ago. Several attempts have been made to mix. The problem is, and has been acknowledged by owner, that the unit is NOT BIG enough for townhouse. Since unit is too small it continues to run 24/7,, unable to cycle. With Texas record high heat, My apt will not cool.If I turn unit off, temp would be over 100 inside. Recd notification from Apt Mgr last week that VP has refused to fix problem. Because of too small unit my electric bills have been 230.00 when normal around 100.00. Since I am a tenant I am not authorized the purchase of a new unit nor any outside repairs. Owner has continued to violatelease agreement as stated in lease they are to keep tenant in comfortable living conditions. I certified a demand letter and Apt Mgr contacted me advising will be attempting another fix. However, I am asking for financial assistance with my electric bills from them as well. I am exhausted in my efforts and am looking to Revdex.com to assist me in resolving both issues of 1. correct unit for apt and 2. Apt Mgmt assist in outrageous electric bills due to their non compliance with lease installing faulty unit. PLEASE HELP. I cannot afford to pay these high electric bills myself.
