Hunt Cellars Winery

Review: We canceled our wine club membership over a year ago. We are trying to get $400 returned to us that was not authorized to be debited from our account. We have been dealing with Victoria for over 5 weeks and each time we talk to her she creates smoke screen after smoke screen as to why we have not received a return in funds. We noticed the account charge on August 25, 2014 and immediately contacted the winery. Victoria said that they were collecting on a mistaken credit that was issued a few months prior. We were able to tell her we show no credit in the last 2 years. She replied that she needed to research matter and call us back. We had to call her back 2 weeks later and found she was on vacation. Another employee, Amber asked us if we would like the refund in wine. We said no, that defeats purpose of canceling a club membership. Two weeks later, we again intimated the callback and again left message for Victoria, who again did not return our call. We called 2 days later and spoke with Victoria, who offered the excuse of the software was not updated and therefore charged accounts randomly without the knowledge of Hunt Cellars and that she would have to research the new software regarding our account, and would call back within the hour. She did not call back until 2 days later with yet another a antidote to the situation. This time that we did receive a wine shipment that was signed for by our secretary. We told her that we did not want the wine, that for the pasted 5 weeks we have been seeking our money that was taking without our permission and after we had already asked that we deactivate our membership.Desired Settlement: We want to give Hunt Cellars back $400 of wine that we did not order and would like them to reimburse us the $400 they took from us without authorization.
