Review: I brought a family heirloom, a vintage military jacket that was given to me by my father, to be hemmed a week before Christmas 2014, and were told it would be done in two days so I could take it home for the occasion and he could see me in it. It wasn't finished in time for us to leave with it for the holidays (7 days instead of the 2 promised), so we left without it. Frustrating, but what could we do? We were gone for 2.5 weeks for the holidays, during which time they contacted us once to pick it up. When we got back home, every time we tried to pick it up, they were closed - odd hours, always during the times their site said they were open. Their phone number started going straight to voicemail, and we have gotten no response through the phone, the contact info on their site, or by going to their location. The sign is still up, the bars are just pulled down in front as if closed for the day, but we have gotten nothing from them. We must get this coat back. I (and my family) will be devastated if it is lost.Desired Settlement: I simply want my coat back. Hemmed or not hemmed, I don't care, I just want it back.
