Dear Revdex.com,
We were able to confirm receipt of the email from [redacted]....and we did reply; however the email went undelivered due to the reply email address was incorrect. We did not notice he requested the response be sent to another email address while this...
service was down, but we did correct the issue with the server and responded to all that were affected on 10 Jun. I have emails from [redacted] after this period and corresponded with him regarding his issues/email. While we did not get confirmation that [redacted]'s issues were corrected, we assume that he would have continued to email us if not. The last email received from him was 30 Jun. We do try to respond to all support requests within 24 hours depending on the day of the week they are received.Sincerely,

HOWEVER, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE COMPANY TOOK OVER FOUR MONTHS TO RESPOND TO THE Revdex.com????????????????
