Hello [redacted],We received your correspondence regarding Complaint ID [redacted] regarding medical insurance deductions occurring in 2013.In an effort to respond to the complaint, we have retrieved and attempted to retrieve relevant 2013 documentation from the...
employee benefit enrollment files and from the employee payroll files as well as 2013 billing invoices from our medical insurance carrier.Unfortunately, the medical insurance carrier's billing invoice records only allow the customer's access for a rolling one year period. Consequently, we had to request access to those billing invoice records through our Carrier's Large Account Representative which we did. We just have not received those records at this time.
As I stated this morning in a voice message I left for you, we have not yet received that critical documentation for review of all pertinent information. Therefore, we are requesting an extension of five days to submit our response to Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2014.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of our request for an extension and prompt response.Kathleen J

Review: They have been deducting ([redacted]) from my payroll account. The total amount of $1509.42 for the year 2013. I let them know from day one, I'm retired military with 23 year. I work for 10 years for military contracts. When I retired 2004, I sign up for Tri-care prime. I don't need another health plan. They made copies of everyone I.D. cards that day. The reason I know. I gave them my I.D. card so they can make copy of it, to let them I'm retired military. As of AUG. 2014 they still deducted $2781.00 from my payroll.Desired Settlement: Let it be known, not to let this happen to the next person.
