Review: This company placed a new roof on my entire home in October 2012. I have lived in this home for five years. I own this home. During the five years I have owned this home there have been many snow and ice storms and even a blizzard. I never had any leaks of any kind whatsoever during these five years.

On Jan. [redacted], 2014, water came pouring into two rooms of my home through the roof: my entrance hall and my master bedroom. There is a lot of damage and a lot of repairs need to be made to the interior and exterior of my home to bring it back to the condition it was in before water poured through my new roof. I am holding this company responsible for all of the damage and they are playing games with me regarding their liability. It is obvious that the company did not prepare the new roof properly, as, if they had, water would not have poured into my home on this date.Desired Settlement: The repairs to the interior and exterior of my home cost a total of $16,000.00, including the re-do of the roof section that allowed water to pass through their 14 mth old roof and into my home. I do not want this company to repair the section of roofing as I do not trust them to do a proper job, based on this experience. They insist I am still under warranty with them for the roof but I fear they perform inferior work, based on The water leakage. I paid a total of $23,000.00 for the entire new roof.
