On December 17'h, Mr*** *** came to us for a transmission service on a Mercedes ClK The vehicle had a preexistinB transmission problem which Mr*** was aware ofWhen the vehicle was dropped off to us we immediately informed Mr*** that a simple
transmission service will not fix the preexisting transmission issue, however, Mr*** still Insisted on proceeding with the transmission serviceWe informed Mr*** that the transmission service cost is $295, out the door including parts and materials, Mr*** agreed and signed the invoiceFor your records we are also enclosing the invoice from December 17,Mr*** paid for the service on his debit card a transaction which he attempted to dispute with the merchant shortly after the service was provided. We submitted all of the documentation regarding the service which is why Mr*** lost the dispute.It is really strange that Mr*** is just now after seven months attempting to coliect the $for a service that has been completed as agreedWe are not under any obligations to give Mr*** a refund as the issue was preexisting, he was well aware of the issue, and the transmission service we performed was done with the upmost care and correctness.
