Dear *** ***: We have received your response in regards to complaint ID *** and have reviewed the details concerning the incident. The customer is correct that the Consumer Crafts website shows we do support shipments to APO via the US Postal ServiceThe customer was charged
economy shipping rates and the order was processed with economy shippingWhen Economy Shipping is chosen, ConsumerCrafts reserves the right to ship using the most cost effective methodOrders sent via Economy Shipping usually ship via UPS Sure PostSure Post orders are shipped out via UPS, and most have final delivery completed by the US Postal ServiceWith Sure Post, packages are delivered Monday through SaturdayUPS delivered to the post office and I see that tracking # *** was delivered to the post office on 1/27/From there USPS will finish the delivery process to the final destinationUnfortunately, once the shipping is transferred to USPS tracking can be very difficult. During the review of this process I do agree that the website should be updated to include the information regarding UPS Sure PostUltimately the product will still be have final delivery via USPS but hopefully the website changes will help clarify this information for future customersI will immediately request our marketing department to begin this update process. Since the delivery process can take longer should Ms*** ultimately not receive the product ordered she can contact our customer service department at 1-855-552-or by customer serviceconsumercrafts.comWe will be happy to look into the order and provide any credit that may be due.
