THE BELOW REVIEW WAS POSTED ON YELP.COM ON 6.26.2012.I would give this place 3-4 stars for actual services performed. I have only been in for a cleaning. As for scheduling, forget about it. I initially made an appointment for a cleaning because my husband was getting some dental work done at this same office, and was given an appointment two or three weeks out. Fine, no problem.I received a telephone call from them saying someone else had cancelled and did I want to come in tomorrow? I said sure, I will be there. Arranged for a babysitter and when I turned up at the office, they said they had forgotten they had called me and had scheduled someone else in the slot they had offered me. Really?I gave them another chance and made another appointment for the cleaning. At the same time, I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth removal a couple of months out because I was pregnant at the time and wasn't sure if I should do the anesthetic then. Two days before I was due to come in for my wisdom tooth removal, I called to cancel because I was frankly too tired with the new baby. I subsequently received a bill for $50.00 for a no-show for my appointment even though I had called to cancel all my future appointments with them two days before. Really, people?Who knows if they can do dental work, and who cares? Their office can't even schedule an appointment for you properly.SUBSEQUENT UPDATE AS OF 07.17.2012Despite having cancelled my appointments (please see above) I received yet another bill, for another $50.00, for a total of $100.00. No wonder they ask you to make appointments well in advance, because apparently they don't cancel or reschedule even when you ask them to.In fact, my husband (who got me into [redacted]'s clinic) now goes to another dentist because of their terrible office and just-OK dental work. No surprise. In addition, they sent me a patronizing letter about how they deserved respect and "had" to bill my account, and to call to "discuss" the matter and reschedule. Really?
