Back in May I called Houston Auto Appraiser with questions about obtaining a lost title for a car I purchased back in California. I advised that I was still making payments on the car and the dealership that I purchased the car from had gone out of business and there was no way of getting in contact with them. After swearing that they could get the job done in 4-6 weeks I payed a hefty amount of $1200.00 to have this issue taken care of... After sending in all the information that was required weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called daily and got voicemail after voicemail. Left messages that were not returned and was told a thousand times by "Trina" that she would notify someone to call me ASAP. After a couple of months I was fianlly able to speak with Roy again he said that my case was in the process of being sent to the Austun TX DMV and that they should hear something soon.... lets jump ahead another few months... still no word. Still avoiding phone calls and still no results. Apparently now my case is being disputed in California... I call [redacted] I told the next person I spoke with that I would like a refund and he told me if I did I would maybe get $200.... UMMM NO! What do they get $1000 for??? For doing nothing and wasting my time??? I am so livid right now I'm practically seeing red. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL [redacted] YOU OVER IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
