A former employee gave the customers the wrong information verbally, however the contract they signed clearly states the prices for the packages, and that the package expires days from date of purchase, the option to purchase single tans was also givenCustomer wanted to pay for a month or
tanning but use it over a month period due to her work schedule, this verbal error was not caught until the month in questions, they were informed of the date their packages were expired, allowed to tan for multiple days as a courtesy to the customerThey were informed of the proper policies, also were sighted in their signed contractThey received well over what the package entitled them toothey didn't pay for the package in july, they paid for it at the beginning of june, to which they tanned onalso all of our policies are the same for every customer, no one receives special treatment or lesser treatment for any reason.we have contacted the Revdex.com and asked for a phone call backif you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at ***

I am rejecting this response because:The owner and employees lied to myself and several other customersEmployees were slanderous to others about myself and about others infront of me and were very unprofessionalThey're pushing out paying customers and cheating them of their money, lying to them because they're not of the upmost importance or aren't wealthy and/or appear trashyI've heard the owner and one of her employees discussing this on multiple occassions because of how people look
